United Garage Doors was recommended to me by a friend. I called them to make an adjustment on my old door and they were able to fit me into their schedule within just a few days. They fixed the issue quickly and without great expense. When I decided I wanted a new door I called them. I already knew their price would be reasonable. After visiting and giving me an estimate, I felt confident that I would be happy with their work. I decided I wanted an insulated door since the garage is under my dining room. Once the door was available, AJ was prompt in scheduling my replacement. They always call a few hours ahead and are always on time with their ETA. The new door was installed along with new tracks, a new opener and remotes and sealed from outside elements. My new door is much quieter than the old and I am very happy.

Hash the installer was courteous and very efficient. I love the door & opener! It is so quiet. Every other company told me it would be 10 to 16 weeks and they delivered in 3 weeks. aAt a much better price.

I had an emergency when my door broke and couldnt be moved up or down. United came the next day, got it lowered and ordered a new door. The new door installation took two hours and they left my garage clean. Its a beautiful door and I was satisfied with their work.

United Garage Doors has been serving my garage door for the past 2 years. My motor on my old unit finally died and they were the first and only company I called to replace my unit. Not only did they upgrade my unit, they also upgraded my garage door panels. Now my garage is fully insulated. United Garage Doors staff are efficient, swift, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would give 0 stars if I was able too. Ray came to my home, was extremely disrespectful, I had to ask him to leave my home. He clearly did not want to install the garage openers we purchased due to having 16 foot ceilings. Made multiple excuses. Called AJ, the owner, he assured me we would be satisfied with his company. Sent his nephew, Hash to complete the job, along with a young boy. Completed the job, only to find 25-30 holes in our ceiling, the censors were placed incorrectly and he helped hisself to our personal items in the garage without permission. TERRIBLE customer service. Would NOT recommend. Claims filed with Lowe’s, Handy and BBB.

Well I haven’t had worked done by them, and wouldn’t . One of your lovely employees in your white pickup truck was bulldozing down 76wb in King of Prussia then cut in on a exit ramp cutting off a tractor trailer ( ME). Word to the wise, if they are short cutting and taking risky moves in the road endangering lives driving, can’t imagine those same ethics aren’t being shown threw their work!

I contacted United Garage Door on Monday and they were here Tuesday morning. They repaired my garage door for a fair/reasonable price and provided a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend them. The owner AJ is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Parts he needed he had with him. No need for second visit for repair.

Our garage door opener/door system started to fail. AJ came out and diagnosed the situation. Put a band aid on it. He let us know over time it will need to be replaced. We had the new beltless unit and new door installed this week. We so should have done it when he first came out. It is so quiet! Price was reasonable and fair. AJ and his coworker were professional and had it installed in less than two hours. They really know what they are doing! I would highly recommend them!!! He came out to attach our new garage door to a new opener, and unfortunately found that the company that had installed the new door had done a poor job. United door called me as I was heading home from Lowe’s, they ask if I was available for installation same day because they had an open slot. BAHA showed up 30mins later, he installed my garage opener in a timely manner and even help corrected the track on my door to make sure the door open/closed smoothly. I am so impressed with this company because of their exceptional service and price. I called this morning and they were able to fix my garage the same day and with a great price. I was able to stay at work most of the day because they gave me a 2hr window and offered to call me 30 min before arrival. They did call and they arrived as expected. The repair technician was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He had my work completed within 20 min. The other company I had called could only give me a 4hr window without a call which would result in me having to take a half of a day off of work to be available. I found United Garage Doors by searching Google for Garage Door Companies near meThe owner was very understanding and flexiable with our appointment time. My husband had an appointment up at University of Penn and we ran late coming back but they worked with us with the timing! They originally were just coming to give us a quote. But while at Penn we found out my husband was ill again. When United Garage came, they quoted us and said they had the material on them and could do it in an hour. This was a great deal of stress removed from our shoulders. We are literally first time home buyers of 1 week then we get the bombshell dropped on us about my husband. The fact that United Garage came prepared was great, now we didnt have to worry about running back and forth to appointments and scheduling repairs on our garage! They were professional and friendly. Our garage door even has wifi!! Who knew?!? Other companies were charging $75+ for the wifi feature and another comapny didnt even offer it.
