Benz has been great to work with over the years. I recently needed a marine part that no one else in the industry had. Stopping into Benz and they had what I needed and multiples of it. They saved the day & at a great value. Customer service has always been excellent. I recommend them for the things you need and the things you cant find elsewhere.

I came in at the end of my shift on a rainy afternoon.The day prior I had worked a true double, 16 hours.Even though the guys at Benz were a little short staffed, they went out to the new mini excavator on my trailer and installed a set of quick couplers to let us run equipment from the auxiliary circuit.I’m barely awake here at the counter while Mark Ferris is outside in the rain taking care of the install. I needed a brake hose for my Polaris Ranger. No one had it. I stopped at Benz . Kevin made me a replacement hose in about 15 minutes! And the cost was way cheaper than a new one. Great bunch of guys working there!

Kevin, the purchasing and sales manager, was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. I would expect a higher level of professionalism from a manager. If I didnt have to deal with this company for my job I would definitely find another vendor.

This company is fantastic. Not just with anything you need regarding hydraulics. I work for a large recycling Company and one day needed a large gearbox. The only company out of 5 that could obtain this gearbox in rapid time was Benz. This shortened our downtime from what could have been a horrible 5 shifts to a amazing 1. Since that Adam our relationship has gotten greater and greater. You can not ask for a better company that goes above and beyond for your needs. A lot of people are not aware that they are not just a hydraulic company they have gotten my company everything from conveyor drives, pulleys, belting, tools and so much more. Their point of contact for us is a individual named Dave Metts this employee will do literally anything it takes to make you happy and reduce downtime. He has no hours he will answer his phone anytime.AMAZING. The Owner Tim runs a great shop and care about your companies needs. If he doesn’t have it and he can get he does.Believe me I’ve been in the trade now almost 30 years you be amazed to see how much this company cares.

I was in search of a part I was unable to find anywhere I was referred to benz by Charlie a regular customer. I walked in and was welcomed by a young lady who promptly asked me what I needed ... I was in search of a prestomatic adapter and after some research They were able to find exactly what I was looking for.. The front desk staff was very patient with me and spent the time that was needed to find me exactly what I was searching for.

I called for an estimate on a log splitter cylinder, They said $350. to which I said I could buy a new one for that amount. Benz suggested that I do it then. A friend told me about Ideal Hydraulics in Oxford. It is a 40 minute ride but the price was $74.23 after PA taxes. My splitter runs beautiful now. Thanks Ideal Hydraulics!!!

I Had a high pressure fuel line for my car that I absolutely could not buy whatsoever due to the rarity of the motor and they refused to help me and insisted it was due to liability issues. The man in the machine shop however was willing to help me but his boss insisted no so now I am stuck fashioning my own and hoping it will work

Came here to find a replacement for my rear motorcycle brake line. They took my old, busted one and made me a new stainless one in 15 minute for under $20!!!!! Thats awesome service, guys, love it!

I called and a women answered i gave her the worst description i ever gave in my life of what I was looking for because i really had no idea what the name was. she said i know what you need but we are closing now. I said man ok. She said tell you what ill leave them out for you. I said nice thanks. On the 45 min ride there i was thinking what a waste she probably giving me wrong part. To my suprise She was on point and it was exactly the fittings i needed. No replacement for knowlegable people.

They had the press to connect fittings I needed to get my customer back up and running. wish I knew about them before I went to Fastenal & Grainger. They will be my go to from now on when I need fittings in this area

I walked into the shop thinking that my afternoon was gone.Destroyed the hydraulic line we did but a savior Mark Ferris, came out with an amazing attitude and an even better game plan in less than 30 minutes we had the line changed topped off with oil and our bill in hand heading on out. Truly this was an amazing experience.
