Stopped by Felders open house last week as I will be in the market for new machinery in the near future. I was excited since I have heard nothing but great things about Felders products. The excitement faded as soon as I opened the door and saw a Felder employee slam down the phone while saying are you (explicit) kidding me. Their was other customers in the room at the time and this was said very loudly as I heard it clearly from the entrance and she was sitting against the back wall. After talking to others from Felder this restored my faith quickly as they were very knowledgeable and welcoming but during our next pass through the service department I heard her hang up with a customer and then immediately refer to the customer as princess Roy to a near by coworker. The icing on the cake was on my way out the door the same employee was talking negatively of the CEO and how he is always giving away free (explicit). I loved Felders machinery but after this experience I feel as if I have to reconsider what seemed like such an obvious choose. Still leaving a three star review as their machinery is top of the line.

My ebay and paypal account was hacked and someone tried to buy hundreds of dollars of things with my account and tried to get it sent to this address, ha, good try, this company needs to revaluate their employees because someone here is committing a crime and getting away with it, and i hope they see this review because i didnt deserve this inconvenience and no one else does!

Awful company, highly overrated and arrogant. Hobbyist machinery at best.
