Nancy at New Castle Harley is fantastic. She is upfront, honest, and a sincere and genuine person. We had such a great experience with this dealership from the moment we looked at the bike to the moment we drove it off the lot.

Ive used the website to order parts. While the ability to view blow out diagrams and order any individual part is great, the shipping makes me wish I had driven to a local HD dealership to get a common part. My bike is in pieces in my garage and Its taking most of a week for the American Heroes at the USPS to get a vacuum petcock from New Castle PA to the Washington DC suburbs.

Heard good things about this place from a friend so I went up looking for a bagger. Nancy was very helpful and friendly. Met Bill the owner when I sold my streetglide, he was just as friendly and great personality. Now I just stop by to check new inv, merchandise and occasionally parts for the vrod. Always get warm welcome by Nancy.

I ordered a part around noon on Friday and it was shipped and delivered on Saturday. Very pleased with them.

My hats off to Steve in the service department. My drivers semi broke down in front of his shop today and she struggled to remove a sensor harness to get it running. He was good enough to run outside and pull the harness for her and her it running again!

Dropped the bike off for service and inspection. Staff was great and bike looked awesome after they worked on it.

A brother of mine that was originally from the area, came up from Florida to meet his brand new grand son.He got a flat tire approximately 7 miles from the dealer ship at 3 minutes to close. They cane right out and gave great assistance.

I ordered a needed part online and never got a confirmation. Called their store eight days later only to find one of the washers back-ordered by two months. No notice, no contact, nothing. Awful experience, would not recommend this vender at all.

The worst experience ever. After spending few thousand on parts for my new bike, they froze and canceled all my orders. Thats how they treat new customers. Started thinking why did I just buy a new Harley, if thats how Harley treat their new customers who wants to spend more money on their bikes! Beware!

Very happy with this Harley dealer! On our way to Erie for bike week a good friend had some bike trouble, we made it to their shop! The staff and mechanics did a wonderful and quick job on a battery and regulator replacement! We were in and out! Even picked up a few T-shirt’s!

Fair prices for genuine Harley apparel but they usually dont have great discounts. They do have a very trustworthy and skilled service department. They always have a good selection of the current year models along with a variety of quality used bikes. Great parts department with good customer service.

New Castle Harley Davidson is a full service authorized Harley Davidson Dealership. I have purchased many accessories, jackets, etc., and have had a few of my bikes serviced here. I have not purchase a bike here as they seem very resistant to sell for less than list.The service department is top notch. The technicians know their stuff and have never overlooked a thing on my bikes. I cannot say enough about Bill and his team.The staff here is very friendly and attentive to insure your visit to New Castle is a pleasant one.I feel that this could be a 5 star review but I will never pay list for any vehicle, even if it is a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Thats just me.Dont let this stop you if you are in the market, New Castle Harley Davidson is still a great Harley Dealer and they might be the right dealer for you.

Nice and clean, everyone was nice and helpful. I just went in for a helmet, but when I opened the door, I liked the smell of the leather, bikes and everything nice. Seriously, the smell was inviting... The bikes too!

This the worst dealership to try and get help from parts or internet parts. But when I called bike sale they are quick to answer. I left a massage with a sales rep to please tell for parts or internet sales to call. And its been a couple days and no luck I keep calling the Parks department and the Internet sales department and no answer. Management needs to get on them. Note I called to speak to management in management doesnt come in until 2 oclock thats ridiculous. So this is the worst dealership To do business with

I just bought a 2020 Softail Slim after trading in my Suzuki SV650. I cant say enough good things about the staff. While shut down because of covid-19 Nancy still got back to me and started a deal. I wasnt able to get the used bike I was initially looking because of issues on my end but, I was able to get a brand new Softail!! Billie in the finance department was great to work with and made the paperwork a breeze. Dave was also very helpful with getting the add on parts I wanted. I know this sounds like an ad for them but I urge you to see for yourself. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership and its employees.

Ive ordered several parts online and couldnt be happier with the service and prices. I own a Dyna and parts arent always available on the shelf at my local dealer. I could order parts locally but would end up paying way more than ordering from New Castle.New Castle is typically the first place I look at when I need a significant part, like my seat and wheels.
