They did a half hearted delivery attempt and left a note at my door that it needed to be picked up (the only company I have ever had trouble with this). After arriving there, they jumped down my throat about not wearing a mask, and asked about my vaccination status. HIPPA prevents them from asking me about my medical status, and this is late 2021; everyone else moved on. Someone came in after me and they jumped down his throat for the same thing, turning into a five minute argument.All of this hassle because they didnt want to wait a minute at the door for a signature that no other company requires. Im hoping I dont have other packages delivered by them because going through them is a giant pain.

Was told on the phone I could come pick up my package ASAP because no one notified me through text that someone was there to deliver it. I was home all day didn’t get a call or anything. I leave Dover to go all the way here just to be told I have to wait until tomorrow for them to drop it off at my address. The man who dropped it off the next day did a wonderful job, I was home and got my package but he was about to call me! So that was good.

The staff at this location has always been friendly, helpful and accommodating anytime of day I have gone in there. I appreciate the time that is spent me when I have a question even if it is busy. I never feel rushed. It definitely shows that they work hard and quickly to make sure that you do not have to wait long.

Poor service, voice response unit only when calling main number. Said delivery today, three days in a row. Poor tracking features on website. My package arrived and stayed At Newcastle, DE warehouse 6 days before they delivered it. UPS a more reliable delivery system, FedEx it’s the worst!

They are very unorganized,rude and they dont follow through with customer service. I came fresh out of the hospital and had a cell phone delivery that they only attempted to deliver 1x. The tracker said a day later and then called customer service who called this location and they said we will call her in an hour and never did. I had to get in the car and go pick them up and when I got there they made me wait until the store closed to start looking for my phone package. My mother and I sat and waited for about 30-40mins for them to find it. I was watching the trash getting emptied, the vacuum running and all the doors and lights being shut off. 😒 Tony Voorhees please, please GET YOURE BUSINESS INTACT... IM OVER FEDEX!!!

I’m unsure of how this facility is still open with all the negative review of missing packages and customer service. my experience with this place as been much of the same.a package was scheduled to be delivered 6/9. at the end of the business day i reached out to their customer support via social media as i’m fairly familiar with this place tactics as far as scanning/stealing. (i’ve had 2 other items stolen from this place including an item that cost me $1.4k) when i asked about my item not being delivered that day i was given a prompted script, but the main thing i’m always told is “your package was scanned to be delivered, but it did not make it onto the delivery vehicle” i was told there would be a investigation case for my item, but we all know how that will go. i requested a pickup location 6/14 as i was told to do so if it had not shown up. no more than 24hrs later did a update come through my phone saying the package was delivered, but it had been pending for almost a week prior to that.the last time my package was successfully delivered by fedex i noticed that the package had been opened and resealed with clear tape so it would go unnoticed. it’s obvious the workers who separate the packages pick and choose the items they want to go for because of branding on the box.**June 24 Update**my case was closed without my knowledge. the last thing said by customer service was “the driver said he delivered it on the estimated date”which couldn’t be less of the truth since the photo attached to the review says it was never put on the truck. regardless i recommend those who have packages come to this facility to just request pick up because there’s obviously theft going on within.

They assumed my addressed was wrong and not deliver it even I called thousands time saying Im waiting in the front of the shop, total 16 hourse sitting in my car for 2 days.. No update, still 100 prisses will be delivered at 8pm and they will call me. But they never called back.

The customer service at this place is abysmal. On two different occasions Ive had to go here to pick up my package. I walked in and was the first in line. The lady at the desk saw me then walked away into the back. Five, ten minutes went by and a line began to form behind me. The attendant did not reappear. Fifteen minutes later I can hear other persons in line becoming impatient and frustrated. The attendant re-appeared and grabbed something then left again without any explanation to anyone. After waiting for a bout 17 minutes she came back and attended to me like nothing happen. When I left the line was out the door into the parking lot. Twice Ive had to go here and both experiences were the same. Unbelievable.

Wouldnt scan the qr code I have for fedex return. Then I pulled up an actual label since she said I needed that. Then she told me she couldnt print it go to the staples up the street they ship fedex too and can print. They dont ship fed ex. The whole reason I went to FedEx is because walgreens said they cant scan those fedex codes and had to go to a fed ex. This is ludacris and FedEx shouldnt be sending those qr codes if they cant be used anywhere!

Service is top notch. It smells bad, like feet/mildewy/mens locker room, (even with a mask on). Theres some construction going on. They should the doors open to get some fresh air in, maybe even some exhaust fans. Still a good place.

I have spent countless hours and 8 days to have my sofas delayed to deliver! I had talk to countless Customer Service person and have not accomplished Anything!!!!!!! My sofas are still inside of the trailer, since 09/28/2020 at New Castle location.This shipping company have no respect for the person, whom paying them, for the service!The website useless, even after it was stated, my request had noted, I could not have my desired date for delivery!Today is my 8 days, I’m still waiting (8:00AM-5:00PM), to have my sofas delivered and there is NO specific update I can rely on!After 8 days now I’m assigned to Customers’s Advocate, they had not helped me!!!!I have find out this morning, (10/06) my delivery had delayed, because it’s large items, and they are looking for an outside delivery company to outsource this delivery!They needed 8+ days to share this information with me! I still do not have a real delivery date!What I’m receiving every morning is to fool me and rob me from my time!FedEx need to create a web program, to be user friendly, have simple understandable information for Everyone! Have knowledgeable Customer Service, whom doing a responsible job, what they’re getting paid for! Attempted to deliver with nobody home. Left door tag. Received email that item could be picked up after 4pm. Fine. I go to center and am told the driver won’t be back till 5pm. Fine. I hang out till 5:45 because I was directed to come back after 5 to be safe. Told driver still wasn’t back. Fine. I ask if I can just have my item held at center to be picked up next day. Nope. Can’t do that for whatever reason. Go home. Wait till next day for shipping updates. Still says previous date with time it was attempted to be delivered. Go to center to see if it’s there at 7:30 pm. Item was never scanned back in. Driver nowhere to be found. Was told if item is lost I’m basically SOL and have to file a claim. Why do I have to film a claim when you losers lost my item?! You guys made the mistake. You lost my item. You can’t keep track of your drivers or provide accurate information and times when items can be picked up. An absolute joke of a facility.

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. Would love to be able to post a picture of my package but IT NEVER CAME. Mind you, Im trying to track my wedding invites for my re-scheduled wedding. As if the whole ordeal wasnt enough of a headache, I called the help desk and theyre telling me its an invalid tracking number but its clearly pulling up a delivery on the online tracking. Impossible to reach anyone without the correct tracking number so, even though I have the correct one and THEYRE the ones with the issue, they still wont let anyone assist me. Great job FedEx. Thank you SO MUCH for ruining my wedding.

Workers at this branch steal packages and look inside of your packages to see if its something they want to steal. Especially sneakers. Weve had sneaker boxes get dropped off that were clearly opened and tampered with. Two weeks ago, we ordered some Adidas (Yeezys).The package made it alllll the way to New Castle, was scanned in, said it was out for delivery, but the shoes never got delivered. We complained to FedEx for 2 weeks and go no help. We had to call Adidas. Adidas gave them 48 hrs to find the package and they never did. FedEx claims they are launching an investigation. We will prosecute the employee who took our goods. This branch is TRASH! If you order sneakers and they are delivered through FedEx, you wont get them because the workers here are thieves.

My two online purchases were dispatched on 31/8. It is now 12/9 and Im left wondering if the parcels have been lost/stolen. Tracking shows theyve arrived at this New Castle facility on the 3rd and 5th and have not moved ever since. FedExs best effort was to update once in awhile the status to EXACTLY HOW IT WAS PREVIOUSLY. Called their hotline and was told someone would follow up but obviously did not happen. Zero star.UPDATE 15/9: the two orders are still stuck at the facility as of today. Never received a callback. Merchant offered to reship through 1 day shipping, was sent out on 12th and arrived on the 14th! So it seems like 1 day shipping is more promising - NOTE TO ALL: PAY THE EXTRA BUCK.

Wow-I cannot believe the lack of customer service here. The driver keeps stating he attempted delivery twice. Of course both times, no door tag was left, Not to mention I was home, the whole house was lite up and no truck ever came down the road-at all. When I called customer service I was told they would tell the New Castle DE location to make sure the driver delivers. Umm wait a minute-you have to remind your drivers to make deliveries? Two packages were to be delivered today. One was delivered on my front porch and I received a message for the other one that stated, We made a delivery attempt: 11/21/2020 02:05 PM. Delivery will be attempted again on the next business day. NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE!!! I was home! There was no knock at the door! Not only was I home, but I was on my computer which is literally a few feet from my front door. Zero effort was made to deliver this package from the same company as the first package! Why leave one and withhold the other!!?? Why should I have to go to FedEx to pick this up when you were already here and could/should have resolved any issues when your driver was here. My package arrived at the Newcastle DE location beginning of August. Every week the status shows a delivery exception occurred or delivery scheduled for next business day and never happens. Calling the 1-800 customer service is a joke. They don’t know where the package is. Put you in hold for the Trace dept. never get them on the line and after waiting for an hour on the phone the call goes to the phone survey and hangs up. Called several more times When got through requested to speak to a supervisor, None available! how convenient! Requested a call back. Nothing!! It is now 9/4/2020 still have not received my package and the website does not show a delivery date. I really think they lost it or stolen. Worst experience with a delivery Service.

Worst service ever. Every time I order something and it is sent through fed ex facility this is the place that receives and supposedly delivers the packages. They don’t deliver anything. Everyday they say attempted delivery which is not true. I’ve received one item out of several things that companies have shipped me. Worst local distributor hands down.I now ask when I purchase an item what shipping service they use. If they say fed ex I cancel the order because I will never see it. They need to let go of everyone.

The customer service and delivery driver are completely incompetent. I ordered something for my pregnant wife that has still not been delivered per instructions. The 1st delivery date my package was not delivered to the main office or apartment door. I called customer service to give delivery instructions for the 2nd attempt that was not followed. The 3rd attempt was the same as the 2nd and its ridiculous that you can not get adequate help from customer service or good delivery service from drivers!

Every single package that I have ordered that is shipped from this center gets lost. It has gotten to the point where I avoid ordering from companies that ship with fedex because my package is guaranteed to be lost. The driver doesn’t even attempt to deliver my packages and is notorious for leaving packages in random places throughout my community (it’s not just me). Our local postal workers actually look out for packages left by the fedex driver. This shipping center is just horrible, I wish I could give negative stars...

This shipping center is shady. I have had two packages go missing from this place. Tracking page always shows (pending) or in transit. How does a package go missing, and no communication is established to the recipient? Manipulated status, and also fraudulent signatures. Weeks later after complaints, or claims have been filed. Customer service is nonexistent with this company. Dont expect a call back from them either. When they tell you someone will be in touch with you. Absolute trash. Package expected Monday it’s now close to 7 pm ON THURSDAY and still no sign of the package. Tracking keeps updating for the day of by end of day and nothing comes. Can’t call the center either or your stuck talking to automated bots that can’t help anymore than there worthless tracking system. Wish you could choose who handles your purchases so UPS could do the job the right way.

Waited on delivery of my New iphone for my kid. Text notification received at 11:01AM that it was delivered. Uhh no it wasnt. I have security cameras and no delivery or any fedex truck came down the road at any time. I call in and the automated system tries to have me just wait. Nah im going to talk to someone. Im advised that the delivery center is to be contacted and i will be called when they reach the driver. Just wow.

We had a delivery scheduled today for an important business related package. Sitting by the window waiting for the truck and checking status online. The driver deferred the delivery and stated customer not available or business closed. Fabricated lie by the driver who didnt want to be bothered to drive to our location to make the delivery. Not the first time this has happened but this time it impacts our business because the FedEx driver didnt want to his/her job. UPS and USPS have been up and down the street today. Our future business goes to them.

The package arrived in local facility and I tried so many times to talk to a representative and the automated system hung up on my twice upon my request. I ordered a few washing machine parts for my washer from a company in California the most expensive part was the part that I had to replace $140 for the part, plus I had to order the other parts washers bushing bearing to do the job properly. Using FedEx app I tracked the package across the country and got my notifications that it was out for delivery and then I got the notification that it was delivered, I was home. Immediately look for the package said left at front door there was nothing there! someone might say oh someone stole it no thats not the case my driveway is 900 ft long with a 300-foot circle at the end its all 16 to 20 ft wide you can drive a tractor trailer down that road its marked clearly at the highway its 24 ft wide entrance so theres no difficulty in making a turn into it it does go into a woods and you cannot see the building from the road but its clearly marked with 8 inch tall numbers. Im outside my house and here comes a pickup truck with somebody I dont know pulls up. it turns out its a person from the other side of the highway who lives on the road who I dont know and the package was left at their house nowhere near similar addr number of mine hes on the west side of the highway which are odd numbers and Im on the east side of the highway which are even numbers so its pretty easy to figure out which side of the road you should be looking for the address if I was a delivery person I would know that, it would be part of my everyday practices. so that was one package there was still one shipping it was backordered and now its in shipping. I called FedEx explained everything to them that the driver just dumped the package somewhere else rather than do their job had them look at the other tracking number for the second package add a phone number to it and instructions to contact me if necessary I went back down to the entrance and I changed the address numbers to even larger numbers with a bright white background and dark black numbers easy to see from either side of the highway in either direction. Now I see the package is out for delivery Im waiting for it I get a notification 3:43 p.m. package delivered no signature required left at the door. I have three big dogs in the house they hear everything on that road that comes down to the house they werent excited about anything they were quiet. I looked outside no package I got in my car drove to the entrance which is 1/5 of a mile nothing there. Now I knew where the first package was delivered I drove across the highway to that persons home and asked if they got a package delivered to them again by mistake? They did not get it the homeowner walked me up to another house nearby and we looked there no package. so now I drive up the road to the next house and I knock on another door and ask them if they received my package no they did not they replied.I had already contacted FedEx and filed a report that it was not delivered as listed. this package was the $140 part that I needed to fix the washing machine that I ordered 2-1/2 weeks ago and it was backordered thats why it didnt ship with the first package so I had to contact the seller in California and they had to contact the shipper and file a claim with them and now somewhere my package has maybe either been tossed onto the highway on the shoulder somewhere or another homeowner or person has it in their house and this is wrong! I am poed. This isnt the first time this has happened to me I had one FedEx delivery driver take the dog food packages from chewy.com pull into the entrance and just toss them still in the county right-of-way on the side of the road marked it delivered left at the front door and drove away this occurred three times! I reported it each time. The third package somebody picked it up and walked off with it cuz that one must have been left on the shoulder of the road rather than inside the entrance. If they dont want to do the job then dont become a driver and if theres a problem with the length of my road someone tell me so I will make other arrangements!

Awaiting two packages, one has been in transit from Lewisberry PA since Sept 10. Every 12 hours, update is the same, in transit. The other package, 30 lbs of dog food, has been in transit from NJ since Sept 12 [today is Sept 14] Customer service says because of Covid, shipping has been delayed.Guess Ill keep on waiting, but I am thinking my first package grew legs.

FedEx is the WORST shipping company. Every time I order something online and the shipping company is FedEx there’s an issue.. I have to call every time to track my package... Today 4 different customer service agents give me different answers... The delivery driver lied and sent a email saying that my address was wrong.. When I called and verify my address with FedEx customer service the 1st agent said yes that’s the address we have... The 2nd agent said that’s not the address but the last 2 agents said yes that’s correct.... Long story short I still don’t have my package and I’m still with out answers .. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to go thru this with FedEx.. Mind you they have delivered here before.... I even gave them an old tracking number to show them that my address is not only correct but that they have delivered here before....

I’ve ordered from different websites and if the package is unfortunate to be “in transit” at this location, it either takes Days or weeks after the item was supposed to be delivered or it gets lost or arrives damaged with a wet moldy box. Where is UPS when you need it?! Fed ex blows.

They lost 1 of my packages. And the other they told me I had til Monday to pick it up I get there Monday and they sent my package back to the company. And this was all in the same week.

They called me to inform me that my package was ready to be picked up at their location, once I got there and waited for 2hrs in the line and the cashier told me that my package can’t be picked up until the following day.

This company is the worst. Said my package was on the truck for delivery yesterday (Thursday), yet it wasnt delivered and taken back to New Castle. Today (Friday), same thing...on the truck for delivery but wasnt delivered and taken back to New Castle. Now they are saying Monday. I called the customer support center and was told that the driver was unable to finish his deliveries. WTH???? If there are too many packages, then put another truck out there!! Its Christmas people, there will be an increase in packages...deal with it! Told them that it was totally unacceptable to have this happen two days in a row (non delivery should have had priority for today) and I wanted it tomorrow (Saturday) but all I got were excuses. Told me to go pick it up (I live in Dover).....sorry, no, you were paid to deliver it to ME. Now Im supposed to call back tomorrow to see if they can help me.....this after a 1/2 hour hold the first time. No wonder Amazon dumped them.Edited 1/2.....I didnt call on Saturday morning (12/21) because I just didnt want to deal with the run-around. Low and behold the package DID get delivered that day. Not sure what happened, whether it was my phone call or this review, but it did get done. The sad thing is that it was in a FedEx EXPRESS envelope with 2 day delivery stated on the shipping label, which should have been Thursday. I only hope that the company that sent it got some kind of refund from FedEx for a delivery date more than twice what was paid for.

Called FedEx numerous times and they told me my package was on the truck it was never on the truck they lied to me they cant find the package I think someone stole it from that facility
