I love this Carvel, It has a family run and owned feel to it and the owner is such a sweet lady. She keeps the store spotless, and her flying saucers are the best she makes them fresh daily and it shows. Hands down the best Carvel in the county!

Been eating Carvel for over 40 years. Ive never had a vanilla ice cream that had zero vanilla flavor. Even the consistency was weird. Maybe some sort of bootleg ice cream mix - not sure but it was flavorless. I will never be back to this location- that I am sure of.

This place is Terrible. Always overcrowded with terrible service. Not enough space during pre COVID times. Definitely no space now. The ice cream isn’t even that great. It’s amazing this place has survived this long.

Sweet place to visit.

Disgusting location 🤮 . The woman behind the counter had her mask down and coughing on the ice-cream machines. She didn’t even notice us walk in, we walked right out! Even tried calling and no answer.

We like to take the grandchildren to Carvels when we visit them in New City. I remember Carvel when Tom Carvel used to do the ads so we have a soft spot for them. Their soft ice cream and ice cream cakes are great for kids. they love to get the sprinkles and other toppings. always fun!

Trying to support local business during these times and waiting on line for 20 min. There was one person ahead of me and a lady comes out and yells, ”WE’RE CLOSED” and went back inside. If they ran out of products or was closing at a specific time, then she should have come out earlier and told the last person that they were closed after him/her. I went there before and the same lady is not very personable Needless to say, that was my last visit there.

Carvel has the best ice cream cone . My favorite is the vanilla and chocolate.

Ive grown up going here for ice cream and me and my friends when we hang out in town always come here. I love this place.

My wife purchased a 25.00 gift certificate for a friends birthday. Her friend went back 5 months later to redeem it and the owner denied it and said its not from her store and it is forged. Basically saying that she was trying to get over on them for 25 bucks. Meanwhile we go there 2x a week. So guess what we wont ever go back again.
