Stopped in today and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time there, and the gentleman was very helpful in answering my questions. The place is very clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend it.

Really clean and well layout shop. Sells fresh fish (still swimming!) in the back of the store. I am very impressed with their fresh produce and variety. Lots of fresh veg including mushrooms and freezer section is extensive. Definitely my go-to when I am in New Haven and need oriental supplies.

The produce was expensive without a lot of variety, and many items did not have prices marked so I had to ask. When I did ask one of the owners about a few items, she was very irritable and kept telling me it should say it nearby, and then discovered that of course it didnt, and then didnt know the price for sure to tell me. The relatively high prices combined with the selection and service means that Ill keep looking for my local Asian store spot.

Very nice service, loads of Asian varieties of food, and good prices.Store is very well stocked. Aisles are clear. Displays are constantly maintained and empty spots filled.While it is impossible to find everything you might remember from Asia in any store in America, they had quite a few things I loved.Fresh fish in the back.Will be coming back more when I am in the New Haven area.

I really like this place. Staff really cares and answers questions and is very helpful. Needs to be bigger. I usually go to ADong in west hartford which is much bigger and has a food vendor big fresh fish see section (with live fish) huge produce. I will go here for some things rather than drive to w Hartford prices are very good

A vist to this market today was such a treat. The variety of Asian specialties is sure to delight any cook or foodie. The staff were very helpful as well.

This place has a great selection of fresh produce as well as well-priced vegetarian proteins like soy puffs, tofu, seitan, seitan puffs, etc. I cant find these vegetarian proteins anywhere else but here. They also. have great noodles, spices, and ingredients to make good sauces.They always have a great selection of Chinese greens like Chinese broccoli, snow pea tips, bok choy, and more.This is a great place to go for good vegetarian ingredients and produce!

Fresh produce and even live fish! I was glad to see many Taiwan made food products here! Dont have to venture to West Hartford for my Asian grocery needs. Cashier was friendly and knows the store well, such as if certain item is out of stock or where to find the things youre looking for.

Leagues above most local asian markets. A great selection of produce, pre-packaged food, and fish. This is the go to place if you want to find some of the harder to find ingredients if you are into authentic asian cuisine or are willing to be more adventurous with your cooking beyond what you find at your local supermarket.

Diversity of the Asian food is great. Slice lamb and beef are really fresh. The owner is a really Northern-China style people - generous, friendly, coversable, and hospitable. Love this place.

One of the best Asian Markets in CT. The thing that is most noticable about this location is that it sells seafood and doesnt smell of rotten fish. Many smaller grocery stores fail at this, but this place is so clean they manage to escape the smelly curse. There is also a great deal of product and variety. If youre looking for an Asian market in the New Haven area, look no further.

Just stopped by to grab some Asian grocery as a weekly routine, first time here but already fell in love! Of course you can’t compare it with those in NYC but it’s definitely a little gem - super clean and organized with great selection and variety. (It’s a shame that Hartford doesn’t even have a neat Asian market like this one)

Its the cleanest, most well-organized Asian grocery store in town. They also have live fish. The meat service is pretty great. I get thinly-sliced brisket--great for hosting dinner parties! Also nice fresh vegetables, kimchi and other Korean food ingredients except for dried anchovies, and plenty of Asian snacks. Good prices. My mom approves of this store (so do I).

Fresh Asian Produce coming in few times a week from New York. So the vegetables are always fresh there. They also has a butcher area in the back, where they can custom cut your selections. Great selection of Japanese products as well.

Food is normally very fresh, well supplied, and reasonably priced. Store is small but clean and carries more than youd expect. Owners are very friendly!

The best asian market in the New Haven area. Good selection of packaged goods, fresh fish, fresh produce, and frozen goods. One of the few asian stores I dont feel the need to look at every expiration date. There are better shops but none near here. This is my go to shop for all my thai, japanese, Chinese, or Filipino cooking needs.

I usually buy vegetables and Asian snack in the place, vegetables are highly recommended, they are fresh and not expensive. However, be cautious, sometimes you might find some spicies or sauces are expired but still dont get removed.

Horrible service- they are rude, they dont really care about your business and will often leave the register unattended for 15+ minutes even after seeing a line will just mosey around. They will change prices on you and demand cash only because they are offering you prices at wholesale.

I used my credit card when I came home and found out that there is a add on “Disc Fee $1.21 “ on my total show up in receipt???

Its nothing special and if you need specialty Asian ingredients, dont expect to find them hear. Its almost hit and miss what they have but its definitely korean specific I feel like.

Today I was in the store I ask the old lady in the front for two bubble teas when I tried taste just like milk I tell the lady and the fist time she ignore me I said it again this bubble teas taste just like milk she gave me a bad luck and she deep breath and get mad at me and she take the bubble teas from my hand and trough it in the garbage this is the first time that happened to me. She was horrible!!!!!!she need to learn how to treat people last time I go to that store
