Friendly, fast service. Oil change and checked out for the winter. Nice room to wait in. 45 minutes and I was back on the road. Leeann was right there when I pulled in. Ill be back there in 6 months.

Well at first I was only going to give them 3 or 4 stars but what I needed done wasnt easy to pinpoint. I have a 2010 Chevy Impala and Ive been having issues with the windshield wipers and I took it in at 8 and had to wait almost 2 and a half hours before they found the issue. The lady who told me what they found out was up front and earlier she kept me informed that they were working on it. Sadly the part that needs replaced is discontinued by GM. So they had to order the part through a junkyard. I personally think that they did a great job. I will go back!!

Great group of guys in the body shop! They were all very friendly and helpful. Marv did a phenomenal job at repairing the body damage on my vehicle! I would recommend them to everyone.

Though the car-buying experience was simple and easy and I would buy a car from Crumback every day and the employees were kind and friendly and always with smiling faces in the selling department, I cannot say the same about the service department.Every experience weve had with the service department so far has been a disappointment. Whether they didnt take care of our cars simple maintenance and made an issue out of that maintenance or the staff was rude, I can safely say I would not recommend them for your cars needs.They treated us like we didnt know what we were talking about.

Done quicker than expected, need to go back due to the warning light that cause the service call in the first place still being on.

No shuttle had to find someone to take me 🏡.Then take me back or sit for 4 hours.

Was quick and courteous, though they couldnt do my tires they warned me about them being bad, and seemed eager to please.
