I cant say enough good things about this company!My dad and brother told me about them a few years ago and said they were the most honest company they had ever worked with, and they literally werent kidding.Im a female that knows nothing about the mechanisms of a vehicle. I had a Toyota Camry at the time, and took it in for the front end, and told them I felt like something was making a noise in the front.They could have told me it was the transmission for all I knew, but instead He called me back and said Listen, I would love nothing more than to take your money, but I literally cant find anything wrong with this vehicle. Ive never gone anywhere else since and tell people to go to them all the time!

Had many things done on van I bought. Excellent work each of the 5 times I took it in for the different phases. Highly recommend.

Lorren is a very nice man. Will fix any mistakes or issues. He aims to please. I wanted to give 4 stars because of him. But only 3 stars because I had a few mishaps with the business as a whole.

Great service.Very good prices.My front end alignment was $20 & $30 cheaper than the national guys who sells tires.They do all kinds of repairs. Usually a few days to a week to get an appointment because they are really that good!The Fort Wayne city bus passes right in front of the shop or you can ask Family Auto for their shuttle service.No popcorn, soda, coffee or snacks in the waiting room; which is actually the office & service counter.

Treated me right, fixed my old car, and didnt break the bank.

This is where we take our vehicles in New Haven Indiana. Reasonable price for what we have done. This facility seems to stay very steadily in business. The only thing I would recommend is one Personnel that can handle the phone calls that are coming in and out as Ive noticed this can be quite hectic and thats it. Other than that good job Lauren in your staff.

I did like the attitude of whoever answered the phone we all know that oil change bays go quick and to say that it will take a week just tells me that that family auto is supporting the competition which is where I will go. I live in new haven, and the locals have expressed the same. Please do not let your reputation ruin your business. I have sent five cars your way and if I go, those other four will go. Just saying that your gm is taking business away. I will take my business elsewhere. I have always loved your service, but will not stand for rudeness. I can go elsewhere

The best place in Allen County to have your car or truck repaired and maintained. Fair and honest people. You will not be over charged, and you will not get services pushed upon you that you dont need.

I paid $2,300 for a lifetime warranty on my engine that they put in, and then they conveniently lost it and refuse to service my vehicle, Id give them negative Stars if it was possible I really got screwed over they refused to work with me and stopped answering my calls. This is a very dishonest business. I reported them to the BBB, with no luck. Lauren the owner told me he purchased the warranty through an engine company. After inquiring I discovered that those places dont do such things. Its the mechanics and shops that offer these.

Not even worth a star only needed a fuse changed in my car. I kept trying to explain and how I knew for a fact it was a fuse, he wouldnt let me talk was only worried about telling me he would charge by minute if that was the problem. Said it would be 20 dollars again if that was the problem. It takes 2 minutes to change a fuse. I cannot believe the way they/he talks to people!

Poor service and shady. Took my truck in was told that he can get the job done without a problem but, a problem did occur and well OK lets fix it. Then was told he would get right on it because he felt bad. Well 2 month went by and still no truck and not even a phone call from them not even once the hole time my truck was there a total of 3 months. I have the money to pay for the work and this truck is financed though my credit union and warranty. Bad business and very poor service. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are amazing. For over 5 years they dealt with my problem truck, and always got it running again, until I sold it. More recently, they have been great about the maintenance of my newer vehicle. Would tell anyone living or working in the New Haven area to use them.
