Stopped in to look at some faucets for a new build Im working on. Jim Brewer was rude and condescending and acted like I was not worth his time to show anything to. Apparently sourcing for a $500k+ home isnt up to his standards to sell to. He also quoted full retail price which was about 2xs as much as other companies. Jim has made Trinity lose my business on this home and my other builds.
