If possible I would give this company 0 stars. Rude and disrespectful owner. We asked for a receipt then got scolded and hung up on! I would not recommend

Called these guys to salvage a car. I had been at work and figured I should try to get the car removed since I was in the area. Had my title but I forgot my key which was my own fault. They told me to just get the key and call them back when Im at the lot my car is in. Now they dont answer the phone when I call. Went from new haven to trumbull and back just for them to ignore customers. Trust the reviews on this page because these guys shouldnt have any business. Called another scrap yard in the area and they sent a guy right out to get it.

Nice people to deal with. Gave me the best price for my junk car. Came and picked it up promptly.

Very rude. They answered the phone with just a hello and then I asked if theyd buy a car without a title. He cut me off and said no I dont and hung up. I understand if they dont but just the attitude was very off putting.

Dominic and Crystal are racist. I tried to do business with them in regards to junk cars. I am African-American. I was professional in trying to earn there business. I called Atlas Auto for a reciept that I needed for tax purposes. A simple yes or no would have been sufficient. The response was not our problem. I wonder if the IRS would have a problem with their record keeping? I will be calling them next and would never recommend this place to anyone.

They never have any honda batterys at this point i think they keep them and sell them on the side

Please listen to the other peolpe on here making complaints. These guys are rude, disrespectful, and down right crazy. I called to get an alternator replaced that they sold me 2 days ago and i was yelled at as if i was his own kid by the owner, and the other guy isnt too far from him with his attitude. Honestly i dont know how they are still in business. Never again will i do business with these guys. I got 2 words for you Atlas.....ANGER MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

Stay away from that place! He sold me bad steering shaft and when I call he said no returns accepted and will not replace part. $75 was gone. PLEASE AVOID THAT HOLE
