I have used Docuprint now for a little over five years for both professional and personal projects. I am always very happy with the results. Theyre courteous, very professional and my go-to place for printing.

Can’t say anything about their printing quality, but their services can be fast for basic printing if you’re willing to pay the $5 minimum. So regardless of how few pages, you’re paying a premium for basic document printing here if you have just one sheet to print. At 30 cents per page other places, would have to be 16 pages to be equivalent price. Or 10 pages at 50 cents a page.

Eddie came into our organization to introduce himself. After seeing what he had to offer we decided to give them a test run on a small run of our booklets. They came out fantastic! The service was impeccable and they even gave us a discount as a first time buyer! We will definitely be coming back!

I have had two complex requests, and I’ve worked with Carlos and Francesca. Both were professional and responsive. For example, after my most recent email request, I received a response within an HOUR. My other, long term job - a book - required some one on one time with Carlos, who explained to me the options for finishes, page numbers, bindings, etc. Carlos calmly, clearly explained everything I needed to know, and gave me a reasonable quote. This is a gem of a small business, providing fair pricing along with expert printing service.

I needed a few copies made, didnt know where to go, did a search and Docuprintnow came up in the results. I got a parking spot almost in front (less folks downtown due to Covid)! The staff was friendly and professional. I was in & out pretty quickly and my copies look good!

I called and informed me that I had to go on the website and put in a request that was over a week ago I checked up on my quest they say they didn’t get anything told me to email him still no response to my email I called the other day he said he’ll fix it and try to have my item ready by Friday. Nothing no call and today I call nobody knows anything about my emails and I have email showing I’ve been contacted you guys and no response and now they tell me oh maybe you should go try Staples. You don’t think I didn’t think about going to Staples the first time but I wanted to professional label but OK won’t call again

This was the most unbelievable experience I have ever had requesting a quote on a job!When I called them to ask if they were able to drill press holes into a ream of print, and explained that I this time had merely a single ream of 430 ready printed pages and only needed binder holes drilled into it, the lady on the phone said Yes, we can. You can bring in your project and have the technician take a look at it.I asked if she could please quote me a price for drilling those three holes into that stack of papers, before I came all the way to them, she disappeared for over 5 minutes from the phone, to then ask me: So you want only holes drilled? - Into a stack of about 430 pages? - Letter size? I said Yes, exactly.She said: Thats $25.Shocked to utter disbelieve and somewhat breathless I asked, if she really meant that for drilling THREE holes each of which takes less than 2 seconds to do, they wanted to charge $25. - She said: Yes, thats right. Thats what it costs.Lord, am I glad that I asked for a quote and did NOT waste more time with their business!(P.S. My family runs an over 150 year old blue-printing, copy, printing business in Germany,working with multi-million Euro projects, and it would have NEVER in a lifetime occurred to anyone, up to the general manager, to charge a walk in a cent for drilling 3 holes.)Docuprint has hands down the poorest understanding of both reasonable pricing as well as customer loyalty care I have EVER encountered!Bring your precious business elsewhere, where it is valued as a treasure for years to come!!

Inexpensive compare to Tyco, about same quality of printing. some staff doesnt serve the order accurately but if You want save the costs it would be OK. staffs those family member of the owner are very very professional, the only issue is how do we recognize them?

Good impressions, prices are high and service should improve. I left a blueprint to print and when they went to pick it up the next day they had not done it, I had to wait 30 minutes for them to print it, they also did it in a different size than what I had requested. They charged me $ 20 for an A0 size print.
