Ive gone here for years, its always been one of the nicest Krogers around!

Easy in took awhile in checkout. When I finally got to the check lane, another lane opened up. Nice store overall. Found everything in produce. Last time there was a super nice middle aged man with a southern accent working in the meat department. He was very helpful.

This is probably the worst Kroger in the area. I would rather shop at the one on Pettit. Sealed bags have holes in them because theyre over there chucking the bags around not caring. Rude employees, bums asking for money in the parking lot.

Been shopping at this store for at least 30 yrs recently the store seems to getting worse all the time. But this morning was the last straw for me . Went to store at 7:00am wouldnt take digital coupons are take discount for the five items, said it had to be 8:00am thats a first and last. Good luck.

This location is not a marketplace, but, I love shopping there on my way home from work, 25 mins away😊. The employees are friendly and very helpful in finding things. The store is clean, there is ample parking and they are practicing the safety measures. They also offer a little more selections for vegan dieters.

They only had 2 registers open and it was packed in there

I love the produce section. It has improved since I last bought it from this store. A wider VARIETY of organics.

Did a pickup order in the middle of snow storm. I was 20 min late but they still did it for me. They did forget one bag but next day i was able to pick it up with no questions

I had a nice experience. Everything is in order. Everyone is wearing mask and keeping 6 feet distance. Cashier and Bagger was very pleasant.

Always good shopping trip.. Had to deal with customer service today. Young girl did great job with my issue. Wish parking lot was bit bigger.

This is my local store. The employees are wonderful! I WISH they would enforce the FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED to enter the store! Those refusing to abide, can stay in their vehicle and have groceries delivered.

This Kroger needs so much help. I only shop here bc I live so close. Even tho they rarely have their shelves fully stocked they usually have the few things i go there for.

They do not have cashiers to check you out. Only self service. We even asked for a cashier and was refused. We left a full cart behind and wont be back if they are only going to have one cashier for 6 self service lines. SmH

Picked up meds and theyre usually cordial.

This Krogers is never stocked with items. Theu have a dale on something and the next day they r completely out of the item@

Needs to expand. Too small for the area. Also needs to stock better. Manager who runs it is a pansy, wont ask customers not wearing masks to leave.

Very busy store, should be made into a kroger super store to accommodate all of the customer coming through.

Most employees are nice there but never enough Cashiers. Plastic bags for vegetables and produce are virtually impossible to open,people are always complaining about it over there.

Due to the weather and people running scared. A lot of empty spaces on the shelves

Large selection of groceries. Very good buys on some items.

Will be close to my new apartment. Need to get used to the layout of the place.

Great prices, great staff and fresher food

This location pales to the majority of Krogers in Fort Wayne. From the food selection to the crammed aisles, there are many areas to be improved upon. As the only grocery store in New Haven, it’s always busy. I wish Kroger would put money into this location. Their recent remodel was a joke.

Was not impressed with this krogers several of the employees were rude and was this one was more expensive then the ones I usually go to

Kroger does give a good value for the money that you pay, and that is good. The place is laid out well, and its not hard to find whatever it is youre looking for. However, I have yet to encounter a cashier who was very friendly. In fact, most of the time when we come there, it seems like we are disrupting them instead of being customers. All that being said, we do still shop there frequently.

Good, thought it would be crazy, and shelves empty but I was wrong, associates filling shelves got what I needed plus

I was there at 630 a.m., stocking carts and pallets of things waiting to be stocked. You could not easily move through the store. There was no checker on duty, so everyone was forced to use the very unfriendly self check lines. The self check software is in dire need of an update. I had seven items, the self check needed an attendant for about 4 times.

Usually not crowded when I got. But still are lacking in some inventory

Good prices and good service

Small selection, made for quick pick ups, small aisles for 2 way cart traffic and workers to maneuver through. Not recommended to take your small children into. But great place, nice overall staff( a few Male staff were over heard making crude jokes with a female cashier as I was checking out with my 3 young children) but very friendly staff other than the 2 males that made those jokes at a family grocery store.

We are from Okla and this was our best experience with a grocery store ever. The staff here are very friendly and are willing to help. Great prices and good selection.

The pharmacist was arrogant and as abrasive as a brillo pad. But, on the plus side my prescriptions were ready

I enjoy shopping at the New Haven Kroger. The employees including management are super friendly and helpful. I love the new layout of the store. I can purchase everything I need all at one place. The prices are comparable to other discount stores.

Recently remodeled store so much improved. Fresh seafood counter has nice collection. Produce department very inviting. Outside of building looks much better.

The remodel is coming along nicely and customer service is great! I was already checking out my groceries and realized that I forget a can of yams. Insent my daughter to get it. She couldnt find any and I thought that was the end of it. A store employee must have heard us talking and she went and got me a can! Great customer service! Thank you!

This location is always clean and I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful when I have shopped here and when we have done Girl Scout cookie booths here. The produce is fresh and in good condition. This store is on the smaller side, so there are some varieties and items that are not carried here. I have not used the pharmacy at this lication, but I have noticed that there is never a long line of people waiting.

I shop here pretty regularly. I live within minutes of the store. Love the employees. Theyve always been helpful when I ask for help.

Maybe I just happen to go at bad times, but this Kroger seems like it is always pretty packed. I also feel like the shelves usually need a bit of restocking. Its a bit smaller than some other Krogers and lacks some of the items I can find at their other locations (like my cat food). Friendly and helpful staff from what I have experienced.

I come to this location regularly. Most of the employees are friendly and courteous. I dont go there for produce because it goes bad quickly and I have seen some (like my most recent visit for grapes) that are moldy. I would also be watchful of buying dairy from their front mini fridges. One does not close up properly which I had mentioned weeks ago and it still holds dairy and still isnt fixed.

Its the only grocery in New Haven glad there open

The sales associates and carryout people are most helpful. I appreciate the fact that this Kroger isnt massive &its accessible. However, some of the pharmacy technicians need to be less abrupt, and more cordial. With the addition of the floral dept., the shopping aisles are not as wide Otherwise, the store is clean and well kept.

Everything was almost available for what I went in to purchase. Cashier was friendly, smiled, and was polite. Bagger needed an attitude check. Who just throws the bags in the cart. Glad my bread didnt get tossed first.

I can actually find people to get help when i need to, the people are not annoyed by me asking a million questions if i need to, they actually are friendly and willing to help out, they have fairly good pricing, love their sales & free Friday downloads you can get using a mobile app of theirs or online, & i can find things. Tree only drawer backs are that sale items run out quickly sometimes, but They do offer rain checks or offer a comparable item at the same price in this case so they type to make things right by the Customer & It is a little dusty. However, Ive seen way worse Dust in Walmart stores Than i do here.

New Haven Kroger is always out of everything. Staff is friendly though.

I been shopping at Kroger for over 20 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The employees will go out of their way to help you find what your looking for.An the prices of their stuff is either cheaper or the same.MY RATING WOULD BE A 10 PLUS

Kroger is a great place to buy your groceries. The employees there are also great.

The visit was great until I got to the checkout. The cashier was rude and trying to rush me. All while she was smacking her gum.

Store is smaller. Associates are generally helpful and welcoming. The stocking levels are usually terrible. Nearly every trip has something sold out. They need to restock this location....its much busier than other smaller Krogers and I dont think they realize that.

This store is a little smaller than others and the employees need trained better about store stock. They tell you they dont carry something and as you are looking for other things, you find what they told you they no longer carry.

I prefer full service counter at checkout not you scan and that was the only option at 7 a.m. in the morning should have a register open to assist customers who prefer full service check out.

They have groceries, which is what I was looking for. But why, at 9pm on a Thursday, are they blasting Pump Up the Jam through the store speakers?? I almost went into the womens restroom and drowned myself in the toilet...

Shelves are not full and of items are empty. Be glad when all the remodeling is done. Its going to be a great improvement.

Its o.k. Too many things in the aisles always, too many things out constantly for me to give a higher rating. Kroger now keeps changing what product they keep on the shelves so will have to decide if the gas discount is enough to keep me as a customer.

Shelves are always bare, really need to improve stocking more items. all that money in the renovations and now you dont keep it stocked up? I cant get a bag of chips or creamer for my coffee very often. We go to different stores for our bi weekly big shop now

Whoever designed that store must have just hired more stockers, the shelves are always 1/2 empty. Why was everything moved to different isles? Got me! Most prices are fair, but it is not shopper friendly anymore...

Two cashiers at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning.There were 4 women behind the deli counter talking and nibbling food, then walked into a room to continue instead of waiting on me. The bakery girl kept looking at me then finally told them to help me. One came out, put on gloves, then walked back in the room. I left. I refuse to use self check out because of the rude person in charge there. Its Georgetown from now on.

Shelves are always bare. Dont carry enough variety for being the only store in that area. Produce is awful. Bathrooms are always nasty and 7 out of 10 times there is only 1-2 lanes open and you have to bag your own groceries

New haven store is awful. No longer shop there. I go to the one in southgate ..the difference is night and day. Southgate is always stocked and people are friendly and helpful. You dont get that in new haven .

Exalent service just the right amount of lanes open and always someone to help find something without much of a hunt.

Its Friday, 8pm, memorial day weekend. Store is completely out of stock. One register open. No leadership to speak of anywhere to be found. Young kids left to run the store and fend for themselves. This store is the worst Kroger. I hate going on there. Since remodeled it is worse. Always out of stock on key items. Dont waste your time going there. Its just getting worse. No urgency from any manager there to fix it.
