Ive worked for Continental Diamond Tool since April 2019. After 3 1/2 years managing a local lawn care company, an opportunity to work at CDT was presented and thankfully, Ive been equally surprised and grateful that the quality of business here is matched by the quality of people inside. The facility is well-maintained and continues to improve. Id recommend anyone looking for their first or next career to apply here and see what its all about.

I have only been an employee for a week, but my experience at CDT has been fantastic this far.UPDATE: Im coming up on two years as a lathe machinist and programmer, and it just keeps getting better. The new building is fantastic. Management is friendly and fair to say the least. If youre a hard worker and worth your salt, you definitely wont live under a microscope in this shop! You can be yourself and my coworkers are great people.I cant say I look forward to going to work everyday, but who does? But, I can say I would rather go to work everyday at CDT than at any other place Ive ever worked. Only 25 odd more years until retirement! HaHa!UPDATE 2: Ive made it to the four year mark, and I cant wait to see what the future holds for me with this amazing company. My previous reviews hold true 100%. Continental Diamond Tool values its employees. This is a place where you can be yourself and have some fun while being productive. If youre thinking about joining our team, dont hesitate! Great people. My only problem with Continental is when I worked there I had 34 years of experience in this industry. I was treated like I knew nothing. I have a world of experience to share and nobody wanted to hear it. If you are a high school student ready to graduate, this would be a great job. If you have any experience at all, look elsewhere. You wont be promoted. So much waisted talent on the floor. This is a common feeling there. There was so much frustration on the floor from people who were working below their talent level, it was amazing. This is why I left. Read quick, Im sure this post will be deleted very soon. They only want you to see the good stuff.
