The lady doesn’t call you to give you updates on your dress. she gives the wrong estimated arrival. Do not recommend

My bestfriend pay for them to come for my daughter prom. I contacted her asking her what time they was suppose to arrive. She said at 1pm it was going to be 2pm and they still didn’t arrive. She contacted them and the guy said he thought he had to be at my house on a Saturday!! What!! Like since when there is prom on at Saturday... mind you he came all unprepared missing the letter P from prom and then they did the balloon argument all wrong wasn’t noting like the picture we gave them... mind you this was paid for since a month before prom! They had plenty of time to get the argument the way we want it. I would Never Ever recommend this please to anyone! So un please with them.. if only they had a negative stars to rate them, I would Give them a negative 5stars.
