I used Carstar because I had an accident where I ran into a truck by changing lanes into it. Consequently, the right side of my car was totally wrecked. I needed 2 new doors and a rear quarter panel. Having a black car, I know they are more difficult to repair and put right. Well, I neednt worry about it, because Carstar did an excellent job. They were very professional at all times. They took care of all the communication with my insurance company. The estimate had to be adjusted because more parts were needed to repair the quarter panel. I didnt have to do anything but pay my deductible.The work they did was beautiful!! I swear it looks better than it did when I bought it. They were very meticulous and cleaned it to spotless perfection. I am so happy!

This place is amazing and will refer everyone who needs work done on their vehicle as well as go back to them for future work! My car was involved in a hit and run which my side mirror as well as significant damage was done to my driver side. After calling my insurance to file a claim, they recommended me to CarStar. I called them the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they let me know I could do a walk-in for an estimate. I was greeted immediately and let them know my situation and they looked at the damages of my car and explained in detail the work that will need to be done and answered all my questions.They got me in that next Monday since it was a holiday weekend and let me know it would be ready in 7-10 days. I waited outside for a couple of minutes for my Uber to take me to the car rental place and one of the employees saw me standing outside and asked if I would like to come in take a seat so that I wasnt standing in the cold.I received a courtesy call in the middle of that week in which they let me know that everything was going great and gave me an estimate of when the work would be complete. I, then, received a call that following Monday that the work had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Once I arrived, I was taken outside to look at my car and they explained again in detail the work that was done.I was treated with the utmost respect by employees and communicated with during the whole process. AND they clean the interior and exterior of your car before you pick it up!! My car feels like it drives better than it did before. The best customer service and quality work!
