In the past, I had no issues buying and receiving items from PC Richards. My last purchase of a washer machine, about a week ago was fine ordering online, but the delivery guys were terrible! We waited ALL day for the delivery. I was their last stop. The guys kept saying they were tired and hot. Without even taking the washer off the truck, my washer was unpacked inside their truck and it seems they already knew the washer was dented. They said it cant be delivered and left. I called to get my refund, which was a bit of a hassle too.I then called Mr Jay for the same washer, got it for less $ and delivery was spot on wonderful. Never again dealing with PC Richard. All it takes is one terrible experience.

Went into the New Hyde Park store after having a problem with an online order that couldn’t be resolved for my elderly aunt. Fortunately, Alex the manager was available and was able to assist and resolve the problem. He researched various microwaves along with their specifications from different manufacturers until he found one with a zero clearance door, which was exactly what I needed for the space. He was patient, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to set up delivery. In addition, he contacted me with a follow up call to make sure the delivery process was confirmed. Excellent service!! Such a relief to find a microwave that actually fit without damaging the wall.

Go to Steve C.... just purchased a new TV.. made it easy. Thought I could beat the discount he gave me by getting the manager involved, but he had already made it unbeatable.

Ordered an A/C online and used curbside pickup at the New Hyde Park store. It was completely seamless. Called when I pulled in and a young man appeared in less than 5 minutes. He checked my ID, put it in the car and I was on my way. No fuss, no muss - 10 minutes tops. Well done!!!!

A good appliance store with an ample space for parking. However, sales associates are not readily available. We had to shout a few times before we found one. Their collection is good, if not extensive. Check online their catalog before you head out.

I bought 4 refrigerators from Abu. He was very helpful and delivered great customer service. The process was quick and easy.

Last year and during the pandemic my air conditioners were not working. I visited the New Hyde Park location and that is when I met Matt the store manager. I needed help the same size air conditioners for both my wall units. The experience I received that day was stellar. He took the time to find the models that would fit and during the pandemic with all they deliver issues he was able to get my units to me in a reasonable time. With that said we are remodeling our kitchen and I called Matt to see him personally. Again I went to the store and was completely satisfied with his help and salesman Robert .We went through all the kitchen appliances and got the proper fit and I left with a complete samsung kitchen refrigerator, stove,microwave and dishwasher. Matt is professional, he knows his product and is a real person. You can see in his store the cohesiveness of his team and how they all interact together. Will always shop this location and I truly enjoy shopping here.Kudos to the New Hyde Park team!!!!

If he took a minute to help a customer we couldve sorted it out beforehand. Waste of my day. Wish I got the trash salesmens name.

I didnt realize cancel culture made it to PC Richards... docked a star for not letting me eat mozzarella sticks and watch the TVs when its too hot outside (at least when the little mean guy is on shift. Get a grip) . Found some nice chicken cutlets in the fridge in the back, luckily they paired nice with the aforementioned mozzarella sticks (got em at the Fridays on Northern) which was lucky because nobody was around to give me service and then Im kicked out?? Ill give 4 stars because at least my wife isnt here to yell at me.EDIT - upgrading to 5*, the very kind reply helped me psych myself up to see my inlaws who can be very difficult.. thanks PC Richards. I was being unreasonable about the mozz sticks. The guy on shift isnt that little or mean he was just doing his job. Might buy a set of walkie talkies here or something. Very clean establishment.

I really like this PC Richard & Son. During the pandemic, spending time in a public location is not something that I do. I went to PC Richards on three different occasions to complete holiday shopping. After entering, I was immediately greeted by one of the sales people. He offered to help me but kept his distance, allowing me to browse. I didnt feel pressured nor did I feel like I was being followed. After selecting the items I wanted to purchase, I was directed to the register where I was able to quickly pay for the items.The following week, I needed another item and called the store to see if they sold the specific model. The salesperson confirmed that they carried the item and proactively offered to see if it was in stock. To my surprise, I was told that the item was available. The salesperson allowed me to pay for the item over the phone. When I arrived at the store to pick up the merchandise, it was quickly loaded into the back of my truck and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Thank you PC Richard & Son for such great experiences.

I love this store. I personally know Mike Donnelly and he has always giving me the price and service. He sales staff, Khab, is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I made a purchase in January and I back today to make another one. I highly doubt this store.
