I brought in my 3 day old BMW 3 series to these guys knowing full well how capable they are since they helped me with my previous car. I wanted it wrapped before New York got the opportunity to do any damage to it and these guys were very responsive and agreed to take my car in right away. Other custom shops would not be taking my car for 2-3 months and I’m so glad I didn’t wait. They did the most pristine job possible on my vinyl wrap, ceramic coating, headlight smoking, and tints.The owner should be noted here too: he was always keeping me updated during the process which I loved! I missed my car a lot, having surrendered it so soon after purchase but he ensured me that the work was being done properly and beautifully.I will always give them my business from now on.

This place is full of scams and top of that not professional. Very poor service. Dont waste your time and money, go somewhere else.

I ordered a Broadfeet product through zoro.com on the 16th. It said on the website, the product ships within 1 business day (see attached pic) & it was in stock. When I called zoro they said 3-5 business days to ship & it ships directly from the manufacturer. It has been a week today & the product still hasn’t shipped. I called Broadfeet & they don’t know when it’ll ship. Absolutely ridiculous operation. Update 8/27: I ended up canceling the order. I ordered a similar bull bar from Vanguard & within a day it shipped. Stay away from Broadfeet. In my opinion they are crooks & don’t deserve your business.

Best place for auto equipment upgrade. Staffs are professionals and handling my car very carefully. They have all types of bumper guards for most of the cars on the markets. LED lighting etc. They help me install a set lowing coils, exhaust and custom order 20 inch wheels set for my 2018 x5. Great job!

This place has a very good selection of customized accessories for all vehicles, with fairly decent pricing. I highly recommend their Broadfeet custom floor liners, which in my opinion are a way better option then the Weathertech floor liners. The Broadfeet liners are custom cut on site which means they fit directly into your vehicle, and they offer a great variety of color options. The materials that they use stand up to the test of time and all different conditions, truly all season and easily cleaned. Give them a shot, you wont go back to any other floor liners! I give it 4 out of 5 stars overall only because the waiting room area was cold, not sure if they had just opened so the heat hadnt warmed up the place yet, but you should be comfortable while your waiting for your work to be done, not sitting indoors with a jacket or coat on. P.S the entrance to the showroom/shop is on the side street, the front door on the main street goes to their cooperate offices so dont end up going in the wrong door lol.

I converted my 15 year old Sienna Minivan to LED headlights and now I feel like driving a brand new car because the headlights are bright and I can see the road clearly. The job took a full two hours which was a lot longer than I thought, but the owner explained to me that it was not as simple as changing the light bulbs. After I took the car home there was a little mishap when some of the the headlights stopped functioning, so I went back after Christmas and the technician (Freddy) immediately identified one of the fuse was bad. He replaced it and now the car is back to normal again. Overall I would say they do a good job and I would recommend this auto accessories dealer.

3hr wait to get done 1 rear bumper by professional mr Freddy who though I was joking when I said I would check his work. Long story short, nonchalant him left the brackets bolts pressed strongly against the exhaust of the car. Gotta fix it myself now. Came there with 2 cars with an intention to spend around 1200 bucks ( 4 bumper guards ). Left extremely unhappy, 1 bumper guard that is NOT installed properly and after over 3hr wait.Sales people were extremely nice and tried to fix the situation however Im guessing that their boss cares more about making money thqn about their reputation.If you decide to go there make sure Freddy does not work on your car.

Ordered running boards for a 2015 Toyota Highlander and what was in the instructions did not match my mounting hardware. I do realize there will be slight variations but this product was not even close. Contacted broadfeet to try to make this right and got a very very very rude letter. For shame!

I ordered 2 products from them. The first product was something totally different from what I ordered. The second product was totally defective and dented. They will not issue an even exchane or refund. Totally dishonest and lousy customer service. They sell inferior stainless steel. Horrible Service! I wish I could give 0 stars. Dont order from them. Total crooks!!!! It was actually 33 days. 3 days over. I never open the package because my autobody was to busy to install it. Once they finally opened it they found out it was badly dented. Once again total liars and crooks! Not 60 plus days. Total liars!!!! I tried to talk to your manager reasonably and he rudly denied me a refund. 3 days over!!! What about sending me a wrong bumper guard!!!
