Overall service was great! Spoke to a very nice woman that helped me choose the perfect plaque and luckily they had the one I wanted in stock for a quick turn-around! Walked right in Wednesday discussed what I needed, approved the proof first thing Thursday morning, and picked up the plaque on Friday. Great little shop with lots of different types of trophies and plaques for all sorts of awards and themes!

***worst service ******on 10/13/2012 I went into Crown Trophy sat with Claudia for over an hour explaining in detail what I needed made plates for in-graving. She promised me my items will be ready that Wednesday 10/16/2012. I called that week & spoke to Alan & he needed me to come in & go over the order again, this I did. I spent another hour going over everything again. I had called on several occasions to see if my order was ready. I was informed by Claudia the frames were not in yet. They have to order them. I stated that I should have received a phone call indicated this. She became very nasty. Than I call back again 11/2/2012 to speak to Claudia again stating that the order is backed up due to the storm which is understandable. Than I call 11/07 spoke with Claudia again & she stated she has to order the frames. I didnt say anything & asked so when will they arrive she said next week, I call her 11/13 she said they are not ready yet so I told her I will be there Friday & pick them up. On Friday 12/14 Allan calls me wanting to go over my order before he even starts it. I told him that I cannot I do not have the stuff with me. I was upset that this has been going on since 10/13/2012 he took a pom pus attitude & puts me on hold. Claudia than picks up the phone as I am speaking & explaining my frustration she hung up on!! I than in return call back & Alan stated he cannot do my work to pick up my stuff.....Never in my years did I have ever met such disrespectful & rood people. That dont help their customers. I was ordering in graving for my memorial plaques of my loss of my dog. They are the worst & totally unreliable...............

I was pleased with the service and attention I received when getting an emergency order. The owner went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed for an event in two days. Thank you all at crown trophies for your excellent customer service.

STAY AWAY!! Forget about atrocious customer service, this place does not even know how to operate. It took literally 3 months, countless phone calls, multiple in-store visits, and enduring painfully obvious excuses just to get 4 simple black & white signs. They did not even finish the work completely, but Id had enough of the nonsense and decided to accept them as is.Worst of all, I was offered no apology, sympathy, or even a discount. Feeling slighted by this, I asked politely for a discount, as courtesy for wasting my time and energy. Their discount was insulting to say the least. When I casually asked them to do better, I was ridiculously accused of blackmail. When I carefully explained my view and informed them that this has cost me a lot in lost time and an incalculable amount of lost business, I was literally laughed at.Who does this to its patrons?!? It was absurd in the truest sense. I have never dealt with such an uncompassionate, and inconsiderate bunch. Its mind boggling that they are even in business.

They fixed up my fantasy football trophy and gave me a great deal on very cool individual metals. They were timely too.

Terrible customer service. Tried to get a plaque made here for a church. They promised to get back to me in a week about cost and with a proof. One week passed, nothing. 2 weeks, nothing. I called, nothing. I called again and they said they would get right back to me. One week after that, they emailed me a proof that my kid could have drawn on the computer. I emailed back to ask how much it would be and guess what? No return email, no call, nothing.They knew this was important to my church. This is NO WAY to treat customers.

Customer serves was atrocious, I felt terrible after the older man ( owner ) was nasty and dismissive. I felt he was being racist, I dont usually feel this way however from the time I entered the store the man was snobbish and nasty, because of this I will NEVER go or recommend this place to anyoneIgnorant, lacks customer service and common human decency.
