I’m not a type of person to put a review but in this case I will, I recently bought my car in Auto Expo dealer in great neck it was a brand new BMW 740 I but after a couple weeks that I bought the car I find an issue with my front tires and my mechanic told me the front suspension of the car is gone!!! Immediately a call the guy who did my finance he’s name is Ron let me tell you I was with so much stress and upset because of the situation but this guy very professional an honest take his word and send me to the Auto Expo service center to fix everything, so the first thing it pops on my mind is I have to deal with somebody else now great!! so soon as I get to the place I spoke with this gentleman’s his names are 👍Jamal and Patrick which was a unbelievable experience because I got there with so much tress ready to fight for the problem but the only thing they did is talk very professional they make me Feel comfortable and they told me they will fix everything at no cost with original parts, they give me appointment next day And I was there looking all the time what they do to my car, I checked the parts to make sure they were original from Bmw and everything was perfectly fine, they bought a special technician to set the computer of the shocks and everything else I think from Bmw I don’t know anyway for me something very important is to know who put the hand on my car and the only thing I can say they did a really good job I’m so happy the way they treat people with stress and they take care of it every single detail if you have a chance to come to this place asked for Jamal and Patrick They will give you a solution for your problems 🥂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Great service . Thwy where fast and had a really good tech working there. That place has changed.
Worst service ever, our family car never has any oil leaks since we got it, UNTIL my fiancee went online bought a Groupon for AUTO EXPO NEW HYDE PARK, please buyer beware Groupons dont get the A mechanic or the B mechanic like me you will get the helper, long story short I have a aluminum oil pan on a honda, everyone knows you hand tighten these its because theyre soft metal and can strip the plug or even the pan, after talking to the guy in the back office, he proceeds to tell me to come in to get it fixed, well a quick little drain-plug should take less than a oil change time, here I am 2 hours later, I have. O solution, I get this B.S. line, its wear and tear, thats how you know your talking good care of your car so after being treated like i am a idiot, and see the competency of the helper illl.never go back even to get fixed I rather everyone know...they wont take ownership of own screwups... now im having replace my oil pan after close inspection on second shop... they even let me leave dripping oil with a hurry and get that looked at before the plug falls out! videos submitting to consumer affairs
