I love this bakery. I will pick up blackout cakes from here when I need. Its always fresh, delicious, fudge, chocolatey filled. My favorite. You can never go wrong with anything here. All their cakes are awesome, as well as their pastries and cookies! So amazing. I highly recommend them. Also the prices are amazing here, epically for the quality. I am always a satisfied customer!! Oh yeah and I ordered a birthday cake for my God son. It came out awesome 👌

I usually go there for the apple turnovers, they are full of apples unlike some other places. Its a nice cozy place to go and meet up with friends. Theres a self serve station for coffee for a morning or mid morning break or afternoon.

Best napoleon cake anywhere!

Everything here is just like a grandmother would bake. Im impressed with the flavor of the pastries and the variety of baked goods. One thing I really love are the cheesecakes that are sold by the slice. The Italian cheesecake is one of my favorite. There is an apple ring that usually calls my name but it is sometimes hard to find because it is popular and gets scooped up pretty quickly. Everyone there is helpful so dont hesitate 2 ask questions!

My father went in to buy a cake and a brought home a jelly doughnut for me.It was absolutely delicious. It was covered with sugar, soft, fresh and filled with raspberry jelly. Better then dunkin donuts. I Wouldve posted a picture but I gobbled it up.

Bake shops staff is friendly and the store has multiple cakes for any occasion, regular and sugarless cookies and specials for every holidays. You can come in for a cup of coffee and some just baked pastry. Available samples can help you make up your mind and choose the right sweets. Excellent fresh baked seeded rye bread is always on my shopping list.

I visited here to buy a birthday cake for my daughter, I liked they had classic cakes which were great for a young child with a simple palate. I went for the Oreo cookie cake, hoping it was amazing. It ended up dry, tough and cookies were stale. I won’t go back.

This bakery has very reasonable pricing comparing to other nearby bakeries. I always get cakes made on order with the design I have in mind, and Joe always does it so perfect. Never had any issues with any of my cakes.

Bought cupcakes for my niece and nephew. I buy cupcakes for them from pretty much all of the local bakeries on a whim when I visit them a on my way home from work. These had to be the toughest cupcakes I’ve ever purchased. The red velvet one was okay. The regular chocolate and vanilla frosting were pretty horrendous. Will not be back considering the proximity to other places.

I recently had a custom cake from this bakery and it was fabulous inside and out.

My husband brings home this Mongol bread?? Probably misspelled it but its like..bread,cake biscotti? All in 1? Love it! Service is always nice.♡♡♡My hubbys barber is in same complex..thats how we found it years ago.

I like that their bakery goods are not too sweet. Their cakes and danishes are amazing, but my favorite is always their pies & tarts! Fruit tarts, pumpkin pie, coconut pie are all phenomenal!!

This place is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to go here when I need a cake for an occasion, or even just a cup of coffee. (Much better than nearby Buttercooky in Floral Park where I found a hair in my cake and was refused a refund!!)

Put in order 5 days go for Thanksgiving and it was incomplete and they said what do you want us to do about it, talk about good customer service. I have 60 people over for the holiday and have half a order and scrambling thanks for nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would to the rude people you have working there.

First off, I used the Yelp $10 for $15 deal and the girl who helped me was really nice and helpful as I putzed around on my phone looking for the code I needed.As for the store, its clean and has a lot of reasonably priced delicious looking desserts.We seriously struggled to get to $15 as we ordered whoopie pies, cookies, a red velvet cupcake, a slice of rainbow cake.Most of these wonderful desserts are in the $2.00 to $2.50 range.There were many others I wanted to try. They had lobster tails, elephant ears, and Oreo cheesecake.Many of the cakes looked great and were very reasonably priced.As good as buttercooky bakery is down the road this place is much more affordable and almost as/equally delicious.The whoopie pie was not dry despite being really thick. It was really good. The rainbow sprinkled cookie which didnt get a picture, was melt in your mouth good. Everything here was moist, tasty, and made me want to come back again.Loved how friendly they were accepting the Yelp deal. I often dislike using groupons and other deals for fear of attitude or poor service at places. Everyone working here was so nice and helpful.
