Submitted info for quote, 3 weeks have passed and nothing. And no response to email (unrelated to quote) that I sent couple days before quote request.Dont bother with this company... They arent the only one

This is one of my go to companies for any type of grille. They have always been courteous and helpful to me.If I need one grille or five I always get a fast response and shop drawings if I need them same day or early next day.Grilles are always manufactured perfectly as per my requirements.

Wish there was an option for ZERO stars - as that would be my rating. This company is HORRIBLE to work with. We were on a deadline and submitted a detailed quote request. NO RESPONSE. I reached out directly, was put on hold for about 5 minutes, and was hung up on. When I called back I was told they wouldnt be quoting the project. RUDE PEOPLE, WASTE OF TIME. Take your quotes elsewhere!

I am so shocked at all of these negative comments....I have never had any such issues with this company and I praise them all the time to my colleagues. They stick to or exceed time frames and have always helped me out when I needed something fast. My orders are from one grille to 2-5 so not large orders. Maybe these reviews come from Home owners because this company only deals with trade. Some times people dont understand that.To me they are super responsive and fast. Grilles are always perfect and the one time I had an issue which was a mistake on MY part they graciously helped me out and fixed it gratis which was a relief.Thoroughly 100% recommend.

They are the only grille vendor I use. Ive ordered stock and custom grilles in the past, met with timely and helpful feedback.

Typically I dont write reviews but in this case I need to. Requested a quote for grilles for a project I am working on and after 6 days of waiting sent an email asking for quote which I was then responded with they are passing on my quote request?!? Called to get clarification and was answered by Bill who again gave no reason and was super dismissive and smug. So im super perplexed, going elsewhere for my needs and suggest you do the same.

24 hrs later I followed up on my own request for a quote and was told that they were passing on my inquiry. Total of about 10 custom pieces. No explanation given. Nice.

I was told they do not work with homeowners which surprised me, but the owner went above and beyond after informing me, and helped me find another retailer that did. Was very shocked to see this kind of personal touch in todays environment.

Requested a quote and followed up on it after 2 days. Was told the estimators were going to pass on the job. No other explanation given. I know who I wont be contacting again if I am in need of grilles.

I followed up on a quote request only to be told we provided quotes in the past with no feedback - I tried to explain that we dont get awarded every job we quote - but 2 days later - no quote! no reply! It was only for 3 grilles, guess my small order doesnt rate?

Was pleased with the first order. Second time around I was completely ignored. Woman working upfront is clueless. Dont waste your time.

Looks like they make nice grills according to website pictures but they never replied to my request for a quote and when I called them I got a lady who said they are unable to meet my request. Guess my order was too small as I only needed 1 20x25. Not very helpful.

Although they dont sell to homeowners they helped guide me to a retail solution.
