I never even got to the purchasing level. I went to request to see if they sold a specific type of wood. The knowledgeable clerk was incredibly rude to me. He had never heard of Imbuia (Brazilian Walnut). I said I was looking for a similar type of wood. He said he had never heard of it and would likely be expensive with the attitude of you cannot afford this wood as if it were my privilege to buy from them. It is their privilege to have customers. I left. I have no interest in doing expensive business with people who suggest I cannot afford something while also implying I am ignorant. It is a shame as I believe in supporting local businesses. This is one local business I will make sure never to support. No reference from me, ever.
