Like this store because stand behind there parts sale break caliber with the rack a nice set up work very good.

First I am disabled and walk with a cane, an employee saw me getting out of my vehicle and opened the door for me which is not that common these days. He was also busy stocking the shelves. I knew what I needed and was directed to the area. By the time I made it to the register, the same person who held the door for me met me at the register no waiting. Very personable. Great service.

I went to auto zone and bought several hundred dollars of parts dor an auto job i was doing. My can of fix a flat didnt deploy properly and the headlamp i purchased didnt functuon lroperly either the light wouldnt stay in the on position. I attempted to return the defective parts a dew days later and u had my receipt in hand but return was declined because i didnt have original package . Really who jeeps the packaging on a headlamp and the fix a flat was declined because there was rust on the unpainted strip of metal where the can was manufactured. I attempted to fix the leak in the rain. Tony Romero

Went in for a new battery. Worker was very helpful and polite and installed my battery without any issues.

Very knowledgeable, very attentive, and pleasant to speak with on all vehicle questions and concerns.

Stopped in to buy some oil for my truck (happily found that the oil was on sale) and the employee told 2 different people that came into the store to put masks on. Made my shopping experience there much more pleasant!

I bought a defected part brought it back an was told i couldnt get a refund without the recept so i got another part. When i was told that the part i bought wasnt my problem on my car i found my receipt with warrenty an went back with unused part an receipt an was told i couldnt return it are get anything in the store of same value, Im just stuck with the part was what i was told

I was in a bind needed to see about bringing my mom to the hospital and I had my granddaughter Austin changed out my battery After testing the bad one he changed it out within five minutes and got me on my way!!

Its sad That one store can make me never want to go back to another autozone, Ive been a faithful autozone customer for over 10 years. The disrespectful attitude and justure like I told the other gentleman Ill just go to OReillys. Sad part is he was a manager and didnt even try to stop me or solve the problem....

I dont choose to go elsewhere. The service is awesome. They are very helpful and knowedgable. They are very experienced. They take the time to give you one on one service. They even change my wiper blades. They come out to your car and help determine what you need..I highly recommend them.

Said the part was available, got there in person and said that they dont have the part. Had to go to Advanced Auto down the street. They had it cheaper and in-stock.

Terrible! They need to hire people who can at least look up the parts needed on their computer
