We waited over an hour and a half for service, we were told they opened at 11 on sunday and the guy didnt get there till 12:30. he told me he could unlock my old phone for me and take the old password off of it, which was a lie according to the other guy that works there. he told me they cant take passwords off of phones all they can do is factory reset it, which we had already did. we paid $35 for them to do absolutely nothing and will not refund us. on top of that he told us it would be about an hour before the phone was done, so i turn and ask my gf if she wanted to go pick up food and he replied with “preservation was delicious this morning” so pretty much confirming he made us wait an hour and 30 mins after opening because he decided to go eat before his shift. i’ve been in there multiple times and every time i went in there somebody had a problem with the work they had did. i brought another phone to them that had a cracked screen and it took them 4 times to fix it because apparently they couldnt get it right and my screen kept going out not even 5 mins after getting home. they are very unprofessional, and terrible service! save your money and shop with somebody else. not worth your time!!!!!!!

I have brought my sons phone here after allowing smart cellular phone repair touch it and now it is a total loss...but these guys at cpr cell phone repair have been awesome and helpful to me. they have repaired my sons iphone screen 3 times (twice under warranty) i am obviously understanding now that i will have to file an insurance claim to replace the phone through my wireless carrier. i hope i do not have to go to a repair shop again soon, but if i do i will choose this place every single time

I dropped my computer laptop with wire off,three weeks later no repair has been done and my wire has been misplaced.

Brought an iPad to get repaired they claim the iPad won’t come on just the screen was cracked.. Took the iPad for a 2nd look they got the iPad up an running. Charge me 100 for the repair an kept 32 for labor for so say fixing my iPad that they couldn’t get to come on.. I’m sorry folks don’t waste your time with this place not going back to this place for nothing

Not sure the quality of the work, but they tryna charge me $175 plus tax to sauter a new HDMI port on my ps4 when people down the road charging $80 plus a freee warrenty

Ryan was very quick to help me repair my phone after a different company broke it. Its now as good as new! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Took my iPad to get fixed, they looked at said they could fix it but they would have to take it apart and remove the glass. If they broke the glass I would have to pay for the replacement ( which if I remember right I think they said 150.00) wth why would I fix something you broke? Then he went on to telling me it would probably be around 350.00.So I left the shop went to another place down the road in new Iberia fixed it for 50.00 all it was was a software problem. Make surd you get a second opinion before letting them take your money

They start with the easiest problem and then try to figure out what the issue is. My phone was a difficult problem but they were nice and did their best. Quick and fair! I will go back.

The hours available are not accurate. Not due to covid 19 either. Some excuse about if their manager tells them when they need to close early that the times posted

Highly not recommended to bring anything to this place. I brought in an iPad mini 2 in to get a cracked glass fixed on a Friday. When i dropped it off and paid for it, the manager had me turn off the passcode and he examined it thoroughly, he then told me it would be ready on the next day. The next day comes and no phone call saying it was ready. So i waited until Monday and after waiting all day i called and they told me they didn’t have the right glass. Tuesday, they called me and said that the LCD was cracked and it would cost me another $48 to fix it. Mind you the manager didn’t say anything when he looked at it, because the only thing that was wrong was a cracked glass right by the home button; there was nothing wrong with the picture at all. Upon them changing the glass, they cracked the LCD and told me they didn’t do it that it was like that when i brought it in. After a lot of dealing with the attitude and rude behavior from each employee and the owner that i spoke to, they changed my LCD at no cost to me. When i went to pick it up almost a week later, the picture was flickering and the glass was coming up on the edges. So i turned around and brought it right back in. They kept the iPad again for almost another week. Total time they kept my Ipad was almost three and a half weeks to change a cracked glass. I finally went back to pick it up when they said it was so called ready and the glass is still coming up and the picture is still flickering. Now the the picture still flickers, it starts opening and closing apps on its own, and it’s nothing like it was before i brought it there. $136 dollars was the cost for this “repair” and it’s 110% worst than when i brought it in. If i could give this place zero stars, I would. Poor service doesn’t quite cover what this place offers. Please spread the word and don’t let any one else be a victim of damaged equipment and dealing with people that apparently hate their job.

Went in yesterday to get my phone screen replaced and I was in and out in no time. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

I busted the screen on my iPhone 7. They had a new one installed on it and I was rollin in less than 45 minutes. Guys in the shop really know what theyre doing. Id go back if I broke it again.

Absolutely do not do business with these people. if you send your phone in for replacement parts they will order what they want for them, and not original manufacturer parts.The last repair was to replace a cracked screen, and apparently they also broke the back glass taking it off and put a non-oem back glass on it thinking that I wasnt going to catch it I guess.when they finally got it all together which took forever by the way, I went to the store to pick it up and the back glass was actually separating at the edges, it is also at that time I noticed that they used a non-oem back glass.They eventually did get a Samsung back glass, and it was actually not the correct one either from Samsung. However I accepted it. the only thing then was, the phone would not even come on it was completely dead, and when they went to charge it in the store it gave an error code indicating that it device was too cold and couldnt charge.They then kept it for a few more days before finally returning it to me fixed! I should have noticed it then, however I did not as I took the phone and put it in its box. Several days later upon taking the phone out of the box to use it, it was then I realized that they ordered a black screen frame and not the Silver Screen frame as originally on the phone. Now I have a space gray back with a black framed phone, looks absolutely hideous!if you decide to do business with them, make sure you know all of these things up front, because they sure wont tell you about it.and if you dont believe it, I have screenshots of our entire conversations, along with voice recordings from their repair people inside the store.PS: they offered to put my old screen back on and refund my money, no way are they touching my phone again! LOL and furthermore, I have contacted an attorney today, and I may just well file a small claims suit against them! Not going to let them get away with this.

NEVER bring your phone here. I went in to get my phone fixed, not to long after my phone started glitching and freezing!!! When I went in to go and get it checked got smart and told me make it do what its been doing or he cant help me. My phone screen went all the way out yesterday and I can still hear my phone going off from notifications and phone calls!! IVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEIR OFFICE AND NOBODY IS ANSWERING!!!!
