I’m not sure why this place has negative reviews. The staff are helpful and get things done quick. Dr. Feuer was knowledgeable and easy to talk to about questions or concerns I had. The lady, April, that helped me find glasses was so sweet and helpful. Seriously - this place deserves better reviews.

The staff was quick to greet and help me. The place was clean and professional with co-vid precautions in place. The doctor was friendly but seemed to not have motivation to spend more than 5 minutes with me. Additionally, It would be a vast improvement if the staff was trained to offer meaningful assistance in choosing the right pair of glasses; ie: matching facial shape to style of frames, proper fit, etc ... especially when you are spending all sorts of money there. I had to ask for a prescription card, which did not have the information needed to shop for glasses online, do I had to call to clarify. Ultimately, the glasses dont fit. I went in and the staff readjusted them and sent me on my way, but it is obvious that the glasses slip off my nose and dont sit right on my ears which throws off the prescription. Overall, a mediocre experience. At this point I am frustrated enough to ask for a refund and shop elsewhere.

No complaints prompt and eye doctor is very nice

I recommend you take your business elsewhere. We have completed an eye exam at this location and the frame they provided wore down and became uncomfortable. We tried to get a new pair but they wanted to charge for a new eye exam. When asked to provide medical records they became very rude and oblivious of the patients rights to their own medical records under the HIPPA act. They do not value their patients and they are very unprofessional. They seem to care more about money than the patients well-being.

Horrible service. I was just told iver a call that i could not be helped because there were patients they had to tend to first, excuse me. I will no longer be one of them. I will never recommend this office. I have been saying for the past 2 exams that i needed to find another place but now im determined. My eyes were dialated per the bill last visit yet they clearly were NOT. Dr guy and staff insisted it was a dialation but at no point in time did i have drops applied nor experienced any dialation symptoms. Nevermore Dr. Guy

Ive had two new prescriptions since my last Walmart eye exam, yet, he gave me the same prescription lens that I had at my last Walmart exam from 2 years prior. I had been wearing the same type of contacts since I was 18 (over 20 years) with no problem, but he switched my brand to a more expensive, monthly contact that dries my eyes out and doesnt even last two weeks. My insurance paid for the exam, yet I was charged 40 dollars for a sample pair of contacts.. I asked to go back to my other brand and was told I have to pay for another exam... It will be with another doctor... Walmart vision has lost my business.

The staff were nice but, my insurance benefits were not maximized at all. I wont be back.
