I had a graduation/4th of July party and one week before the event my 7 yr old refrigerator stopped working. I had tons of food in my fridge and freezer and didnt know what to do. Called 3 Rent-A-Centers with all kinds of excuses and no one to help me. Called RAC in New Ken and Chelsie told me to give her 10 min and she would have one for me. And she did!!! Jay and Donald delivered to me by 4:00 that day. I can never thank them enough. I dont know what I would have done except lose all that food and would have had to cancel the event. With the COVID-19 we were not able to get a fridge for a month and I was able to rent that one so we didnt have to live out of coolers for a month. Chelsie, Jay and Donald went way beyond what they are expected to do. I was probably the happiest customer they ever had. Thank you Chelsie, Jay and Donald. You 3 are great! RAC, they all need a big raise cause they are all awesome!! This is what customer service is!! Thank you again.

Always get good deals here. Customer sevice is top notch. Went to Aarons once, will never cheat on RAC again!

Got a laptop through them it needed repairs and it took almost 3 months to get it back. When we did get it back they had the wrong charger for it. Its been another almost three months and still dont have a charger for it. This is ridiculous. So unprofessional

Worst I wanted the French door fridge they basically told me it was smaller then the regular fridge then told me that they just dont want to bring over I got the one I wanted elsewhere and what would you know they were glad to bring it over no questions asked. And I was paying way more then what I am now great customer service yeah right lazy just lazy

The works are nice they work with u if you dont have enough money
