I dont know why I had low expectations of this place...The staff was nice, product phenomenal!I bought a dozen, shared them, bought another dozen the next day. Shared them too!

Come here all the time everything is ALWAYS so soft and fresh their coffee is the only coffee that doesnt make me sick in my stomach and after having donut connection in New kensington because they are the best one, I will not go anywhere else because Im always just disappointed. Plus the staff their is absolutely amazing Id give 100 stars if I could!

Handmade donuts everyday! I used to work here. Its honestly better quality than dunkin. .bc they use frozen dough and you can call ahead and customize your donuts to your liking.

I gave it 1 star because I cant leave a comment without it! My husband went over for breakfast this morning, as always my English muffin wasnt even toasted. We always ask for them to toast it at least once on each side.I dont know if this is because theyre toaster is broke. I also specifically asked for egg and bacon only again got egg and cheese only, Im lactose intolerant and when I called them to complain yes I was loud due to the fact that I just paid 4$ for a breakfast sandwich and didnt get what I asked and paid for. She exclaimed it was an accident well to that I responded so were my kids but I cant send them back to which she responded yes you can to which I replied obviously you cant otherwise you wouldnt be repeating the same mistakes over and over again. My point is after you do it so many times its not an accident its LAZINESS I also had to tell them to clean under the stand where they toast the bread. It was extremely gross from where I was sitting. And then recommended that they scrub it first chance they get. I WONT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE TO EAT INSTEAD ILL BE CALLING THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH and have them inspecte that place before I even eat there again. However I will be completely honest they do have the freshest donuts! But due to lack of cleanliness I will not be eating there until its cleaned.

If you like your donuts fresh, rather than shipped on a truck go here. They have great selections. Been going here for years and the service is always outstanding 👏

Right out of the gate, Donut Connection was amazing.I was fresh out from a job interview and needed a place to hang out in while I awaited my ride. I was there for 3-4 hours and no one batted an eye.Beyond that, DC has a diner like atmosphere where every customer and employee were relatively relaxed and gave the place a cozy feeling.The donuts were great too with a large amount of variety and all having just the right texture. Great prices as well, I was able to get a one and a half dozen donuts for just under $14.All in all, if I am in the area again Ill make sure to stop by.

My husband and I stopped by this spot on a road trip from California. The donut selection was fantastic (Boston Cream & Pittsburgh Cream both!) and there are many, many flavors to add to the coffee. The service is quick and friendly and there is ample parking and seating.

It took over 15 minutes to place an iced-coffee and half dozen donut order with only 1 person in frontbof us and at least 5 employees behind the counter. We wouldve been better off going through the drive-thru. 5 cars went through the drive-thru while were 2nd in line at the counter. EXTREMELY slow service for take out!

The most friendliest staff around

My 9 year old wanted doughnuts instead of birthday cake, and we stopped here for our first time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient while he chose what he wanted. When he mentioned it was for his birthday, they all asked how old he was, wished him a happy birthday, and even offered him a birthday munchkin on the house! We will absolutely be back to this location again; fantastic service and fantastic options that taste fresh and delicious!

Fine Donuts.

My daughter was hired at the New Ken location and the owner was told she has an mental disability. The owner let her go after 9 days of training. I feel like they violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by not giving her properly training. I expected a more compassionate experience especially since all the employees are very nice. I have very disappointed in how she was treated.

The people are great but they changed there hours and got rid of a few good people and the service has really slowed down

Their cappuccino comes from a machine, they dont make it with espresso and steamed milk with froth the way a cappuccino should be made. If I wanted a gas station cappuccino, I would have gone to a gas station and paid much less for the same thing.

I love the local donut connection. The staff is very friendly, the coffee is always good, and the prices are far better than any of the other coffee options around. Ours used to be open 24 hours a day, and now closes at night, which has been disappointing, but otherwise, no complaints.

Not all Donut Connections are created equal. This establishment always is staffed adequately. The location is clean and tidy, staff is friendly, and most importantly the DONUTS! The donuts are so fresh! You will not find any better donuts in my opinion. Ive been to other donuts connections and this one tops them all. The donuts are miles fresher than anywhere else. Keep doing what you guys do best.

I actually used to work across the bridge from here at the Dunkin Donuts and they well suck. Knowing behind the scenes how they make their donuts I prefer Donut Connection much more along with the atmosphere there. Although it is a chain shop I feel that its part of the community and grew up going here for all occasions that required donuts.

Ive been going here for years and everyone is so nice. It was very loud in the place. The little girl got my order wrong. So I spoke louder so she could hear me. She was very rude and smart mouthed. I couldnt believe their employees talk like that. I said to her....how do you even work here? She was rude again as I was leaving. Its a shame. They lost my business. I will not ever go back. I called to talk to the manager. Though she was sorry and offered me a coffee she still defended the girl. That the girl already talked to the manager about it. Told me that a lot of people compliment about her. Even if it were true thats still no place to act like that. Very unprofessional.

Not the best place to work for the two owners Sue and Scott are wonderful people but they need better employees.

Its a busy place, and but feels like your visiting your families donut shop. They always take care of me.

This time I said forget it and left. How miserable of a person she is. Don’t work with the public in a drive thru because u are miserable
