Just outstanding. If youre looking for a vast and diverse beer selection then this is the place. More than 30 drafts and many beer coolers as well. Their menu is attractive as well and their portion sizes are large. Having been to Miami many times, their Cuban Sandwich is where its at personally. Service is good and place is conveniently located.

This is a staple of New Kensington! I live just a couple blocks away and it’s always a refreshingly nice place to stop into. Super cute inside and outside seating. Come in for beers or their super good pizza. My favorite waitress is Chloe! Amazing and kind, always on top of everything. Will always stop back here any time I’m home.

What a hidden gem! Kim took great care of us and gave great recommendations. The beer can chicken dip was so good, great combination of rotisserie chicken and Buffalo chicken dip. Pizza was a thinner crust, not heavy on sauce but took care of you with plenty of cheese and toppings. If you dont find a drink you like, thats your fault!

Had a white pizza. Its a must for Ricotta cheese lovers. There was a lot! I personally enjoyed it!

What a great place. Huge selection of beer and you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. The drunken swine pizza is top notch. Take your family and sit on the deck for dinner.

Waitress was informative, sweet and establishment was very clean. I dont drink beer but the waitress did suggest to my friend trying this beer that is better tasting than his yeunglin(sp) beer he normally drinks

Delicious food and drink. We got the pulled pork nachos, the strawberry feta walnut salad (seasonal) and the philly cheese steak sandwich with fries. Our food did not take long and there were plenty of wait staff to go around.

Very expensive for subpar food. Ordered a burger medium well and it was bright pink and basically raw. Made my boyfriend sick after one a couple of bites. Fries were soggy.The pizza was alright but due to the burger and the prices I will never order again. Even if I had ordered the burger well done it would have been pink with how the medium well turned out. For the prices they charge people you’d think the food would be at least a little tolerable.

My wife and I were in town during a short trip and had one night to figure out where to eat. We love trying new beers and there are a lot of breweries in the area but we didnt have time to visit them all so House of 1000 Beers was the next best thing.They have a lot of local breweries on tap and then some, and they offer small pours so you can try a few different beers withouth getting sloshed.Food was great and server was very accommodating. We started with fried zucchini, then a Greek salad. My wife had tacos sans meat and they added some extra veggies.A plus is that they also have a bottle shop so you can grab a few beers to go. Not necessarily stuff they have on tap but they do have some local Pittsburgh breweries represented and some beers that may not be so easy to get in some areas farther from the city. 12 and 16 ounce plus some larger bottles and wine too.Glad we stopped in at House of 1000 Beers, it was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stop in again and recommend it highly to any beer lovers who like a huge taplist and trying different things.

House of 1000 beers is a family favorite! My 8 yr old absolutely loves the fried chicken sandwich! The General Tsos Caluflower, White Pizza, and Cuban sandwich are amazing! We have never had a dish we havent liked! I definitely recommend this spot!

Ive enjoyed going here for years. One of those places that can be a little intimidating walking off the street. The bar area is usually filled with regulars and the beer choices are plentiful. The staff is always willing to help find the perfect beer so be sure to ask. There is table service and outdoor seating if the bar scene isnt your thing. The food is really impressive for you typical bar.

With 1000s beers, you cant go wrong. And the steak sandwich was moist and delicious.

I ordered the thin crust pizza, & must say I will be getting my pizza from here from now on. BRAVO. We were there soon after opening & the building was a little chilly. I assumed because the temperature hadnt had time to raise from the kitchen. Otherwise, it was quite an enjoyableExperience. Highly recommend.

Great place to gather with friends ! They have these teeny burgers that are so very delicious ! Service is excellent, place is smack dab in the middle of the community. Pittsburgh Machine Guns does our MG shoots at Logans Ferry Gun Club. This is our go to stop for great food and beer when we are done. The menu is always changing / updated. The food isnt inexpensive but it is delicious. They have a great on-tap selection in addition to all the bottled and canned beers. If you enjoy beer and a good meal then this is a place you have to stop and try.

Was incredibly surprised by this place. The bartender was dealing with personal issues on the job, but hey that happens. She was very nice and attentive and the food and drinks were awesome.

Been wanting to try this place. I ordered the steak salad. Very bland tasting. Barely any fries or cheese on salad. Meat taste like a steak-umm. Even the ranch dressing was no good. Very very disappointed.

I go here every Thursday night for trivia night. The food is amazing. Service is great. The bar and wait staff are very efficient. Reserve a table ahead of time if you can or you may not get a good table to participate in trivia. Also the dude Shawn who does trivia night is off the hook!!

This Is a terrific place for beer and food lovers! Take a drive to New Kensington to enjoy this local watering hole. The Octoberfest menu was authentic and enjoyable. The menu had options for vegetarians and dieters as well. This was an unexpected surprise to enjoy such a delicious meal at a reasonable price at this out-of-the-way spot.

Great selection of beers and well priced. Had nachos (three large adults could not finish that) pizza and a salad. Food was much better than expected! Pizza was great, next time will ask for dressing on the side. Will absolutely be back.

Sat for over an hour at our table after ordering then the waitress asked if we wanted to order more food only to realize she never even put our order in. Never said sorry just said it was coming soon and we were next in line. Sat and waited for another 35 minutes. Not good :(

Great experience. Even with the restrictions in place for COVID there was attentive service, plentiful beer, and good food.

We visited on a Friday night, arriving around 630pm. It was quite busy and we had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated. My 2yr old granddaughter was with us so but she did great. The staff was very nice and accommodating during our wait. Once we were seated our waitress was immediately serving us. We ordered pulled pork sandwich, wings, and french fries. And beer of course. As always there was a great choice of brews available. The food was great. The pulled pork is my DILs favorite. My boys had the wings and said they were perfect. I had the garlic parm fries and absolutely loved them. It was a good night.

Great selection and when you buy 6 beers you get the 7th for a penny. Got the absolute best cider Ive ever had at this place! Every member of staff Ive encountered has been very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend.

We make this place a weekly visit. Very nice staff and great variety of beers.

Dissappointed. Ordered 2 cheeseburger meals, 1 pulled pork sandwich meal, and a margarita pizza and 3 beers.....$81.00. Got charged 3.00$ just for a side of tomatoes for half of the pizza. Took 50 minutes to get our food and it wasnt even busy. Average food at best at ridiculous prices. I ordered a Dos Equis beer and they didnt have it but its House of a Thousand Beers??

House of 1000 Beers is one of my favorite places in Pittsburgh to go to! Admittedly, its not in a great area, but its very welcoming and the people are just plain good, down-to-earth people. There are tons of beer options - I usually dont get a draft and just pick up some beer from the counter to drink at my table. Its cheaper and you get a better selection that way. The menu is very simple, but all of the food that I have had is amazing, especially the burgers. I love sitting on the patio with a good craft beer and a nice burger; you cant beat it!

We go primarily for the food, and to enjoy some interesting beer and cider. The shop also has a full bar, and of course the amazing six-pack shop (cold and unrefrigerated available). The menu is not huge, but contains well-chosen items that are all excellent. Their pizzas are especially good, but I dont think Ive had a thing there that I didnt like. The beer selection is astonishing, with a huge selection of rotating taps, and includes just about anything you could possibly imagine. They usually have at least one cider on tap, too. Parking is a little tight. Be sure to pay attention to signage, as there are some friendly local businesses who do allow parking after hours, but will stop if people abuse the privilege. There is a decent amount of indoor seating, and a large deck and covered porch with additional seating. Prices are reasonable. The servers we have had all seem pretty knowledgeable about the beer selections, and they are happy to get some additional help for customers with specific questions. Definitely a recommended stop!

This is a great little place. The cheesesteaks are delicious. Get the Cajun fries! We usually come on Thursday or Friday for $3 Captain & Coke (Thu) or $3 Jack & Coke (Fri). April is the best and the service is always great regardless of our server. The kitchen staff is also super friendly! We always swing by if were in New Ken.

Lots of beer choices. Food is above average. Prices are more than fair. Service is good. Owner is involved, welcoming and checking to see if needs are being meet and helping his staff. Which I like to see.

This was our first time, the french fries were great. I got a hamburger which was also very good. It is just a little place but the people were all so friendly and helpful. Cant wait to try something new next time.

The kitchen smells were great. But it was stupidly dark, cramped, waitresses were inconvenienced, bad layout for making a to-go beer selection - the beer refrigerators were along the wall to the dining area so you were in the way while making a selection. And the 6-pack deal was not a deal if you werent super careful to choose only beer of like pricing.

Every time we come here its consistently good. The food is great and of course a huge selection of beer. Consistency is the key. Weve never left here disappointed.

Beer was good. I was told by the waitress that the pickle burger I got was the best they had. Honestly was disappointed. I think it was a frozen patty and no toppings for $12. Dennys burgers are better.

One of the best bars for craft beer in the Pittsburgh region. Ownership is constantly searching for the best beers from all over the country. The bottle selection is endless and with over 40 excellent beers on tap its hard to be disappointed.The food is generally gastro pub style. Their pizza is particularly good.The only reason I cant give 5 stars is due to the awkward interior. The space is divided in the middle by the kitchen and shelves pf beer for sale. One side has the bar and some tables with seating. The other side is more of a dining area. The dining area is unappealing and the bar area is fairly small and often cramped.

So many beers. Ive not counted, so I cannot say for sure if they have one thousand varieties but they certainly have a lot! Build your own six pack allows you to try various beers without buying a whole six pack or case. Theyve got a ton in the coolers as well for those who want to drink right away. They have many beers on tap and sell growlers as well. The store is brightly lit and the staff is always so very friendly. I love stopping by here.They have added a full restaurant now, but I have not yet tried the food. Everytime I stop for some alcohol I tell myself I should try the restaurant because the food looks and smells amazing.
