Would not recommend this place! My daughter bought a car and 4 months later had to replace a main component which was said to be caused by water damage. the component is on top of the motor so how did water get in it and of course the warranty that they give and you pay for doesnt cover it so it cost us $1800.00 and the car to sit in the shop for 2 months and they didnt even offer to help with the cost. Also, purchased a pick up truck in February and to find out 6 months later that the frame has a hole in it and it was sold that way. Also, had to pay $90.00 to transfer the title from my name to the lender due to their error. when I contacted them about this there response was I have to check with the owner. No response after that. We spent over $18000.00 in cars and no help.

The staff are very helpful and informal. Everything in the process leading up to driving off the lot is like an express pass at Disney. You out the door before you know it with a great car. Bill and Tom were great company during the process and straight forward with answering any of my questions. Will definitely send friends their way and return if Im ever looking for another reasonably priced used vehicle.

I went in feeling skeptical on wether or not I was going to get the car I wanted. Bill and Ryan were excellent people to work with they will try hard to get you what you want. They’ll do anything to make there customers happy. Great experience highly recommended.

My wife and I went to Advantage Auto to check out a Grand Cherokee. It was decently priced and among a handful that I selected online as a potential purchase. We arrived and were quickly greeted by Bill Julius who seems pleasant and friendly. We were given the keys and checked out the vehicle. We went back to Bill to ask if we could take it for a test drive and that’s where the attitude changed. Bill spent the next few minutes asking questions to profile my wife and I before telling us he would need to run our credit first. I understand there is some risk involved, however this is a normal activity during a vehicle purchase. If he were to run my credit it would immediately affect my credit score (which is rather good and I am very proud of it) and all for what just a test drive? Regardless there could have been other ways of proving that we were serious and completely qualified to purchase the vehicle, however Bill immediately profiled and rejected us the opportunity without a credit check. I declined the credit check until after we test drove the vehicle since I had no idea if there were any issues. The request seems shady even if its only a sales tactic. I will NEVER consider purchasing from Advantage Auto. On a positive note leaving their pretty beat up Grand Cherokee with them that day lead us to an even nicer/newer Grand Cherokee a few weeks later. What a surprise that I test drove multiple vehicles at multiple places and found a great deal without a credit check until I signed the finance papers.

Ryan definitely was good with helping me choose the car I wanted, he showed me all the cars in my price range I was able to choose from as well as filling my car up before I drove off the lot, we worked out a payment arrangement and dates🙌 I love my new car

I would highly recommend Advantage Auto Sales. I was recently in an accident that resulted in my car being totaled. Not a situation anyone wants to be in. After a ton of online research, I found a car that I was interested in. I called and spoke to Bill who was very helpful and was willing to work within my budget. He also was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. Ryan made me feel like family and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my car. This is a great family owned business that truly does want to help people. I plan to be a return customer.

They will get you financed absolutely. And it builds your credit. Granted then you can go anywhere for a car with your good credit. But we didnt. Reason is, they sell great cars period. Excellent experience with Advantage Auto and especially the owner/ GM, Ryan Long. He went above and beyond in dealing with us. We got a really good deal on a 4WD vehicle. As sad as it was to see my old Jeep left behind, I perked up riding home in a 2017 Jeep Compass Latitude, with 26,000 miles on it, in mint condition. Very bad experience here. I was sold a vehicle with structural damage and it was not disclosed. Learned 9 months later my car was worth less than half what I paid in the market. Buyer beware.

I called at 10:30 am on the 6th and spoke a few times to confirm different things and by 3:30 Mr. Julius was calling us back to come in and view the cars as he secured a loan for us. Great customer service. Between Mr. Julius and Ryan we are definitely satisfied New customers and will continue to do business with them. Highly recommend them.

This place is a complete rip off. I bought a scion TC from them, I put a 2600 deposit down. When I went to pick up the car Ryan said that his mechanic had to do 900 dollar worth of work to the car to get it to pass inspection. I thought that was fine because things happen. When I came the next day the car still was not done. Finally after three day I picked up the car. I was driving home and the brake pedal was going almost all the way to the floor. Common sense say that is not normal at all. I work close to there so I stopped in explained to them. They said to take it to there garage, I agreed and brought it to there garage. The tech (and I do use that term loosely) says it needs a brake booster and they cant get one for three days. So I waited then I picked up the car when I picked it up the car was doing the same thing, so I brought it right back. He said I dont know what to tell you I can bring it to scion in Greens burg. I was seeing stars at this point and said no. I brought it to my brothers shop and come to find out the slider pins were frozen in place. I know for a fact that the tech should have seen that.This place is the worst I will never ever do business with them again. There is a number of people that either cant understand English or just are incompetent.

This by far is the biggest rip of Car Company in the area. My Wife and I were going through a tough time and they gave us a car, payments were made perfect for a year and a half before we ran into trouble again. We Called DOUG our finance representative and told him of the situation. They repossessed the car anyway. We paid all charges including the repo fee to get our car back. Not only did they repo it the drove it over an hour away instead of towing it when the tire was low on air, so they damaged the rim and used the half a tank of gas we had. After a few weeks we were still playing catch up and today being we are 14 days late on our payment Doug stated he needs full payment for what we are behind plus the next payment or he will repo the car. They also falsely reported to our credit bureau that we are over 30 days late when in fact we are only 14 days late. I STRONGLY recommend staying away from this place they are a complete scam and will take advantage of anyone in a vulnerable situation, hence the word Advantage in their title. Also the finance at “AK” Acceptance Doug has no respect for anyone hope Karma gets back at this place and people associated with it!!!!

Absolutely the worst place to go ever! DONT DO IT! I Finance a vehicle 01/05/13. Yes they were friendly and helped me get approved. BUT they did not want to show me the car fax on the car. So four months later I tried to trade the car in. Come to find out the car had been is several accidents that I did not know about. Something was wrong with car underneath like a rattling noise. check ignition light came on. So long story short if you miss one payment they shut your car OFF. So Ive missed classes because it was off. If you miss two payments they come and repo the car. Worst company ever! They will not work with you if youre behind. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Plus their cars are way overpriced!

I promise this is the most honest review that I have ever wrote. For starters every review on this page is from a bribe, once you sign your papers and you have officially purchased a vehicle from this place, they offer you 2, 20 dollar gift cards from getgo, one to make a good review on this site and one for mamaking on on Facebook. Of course the review will be good, because you jujust purchasedan a car and if you went to this place it was probably what you thought was your last resort, so heck yea you would write a review for 40 extra bucks. Please DONT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. This place is a SCAM and a bunch of CON ARTIST. For starters they sold my niece a peice of crap car, 3 1/2 weeks later the electrical system was a piece of crap the radio and the whole power to the clock and dashboard would cut off and the car would have to be pulled over and restarted to work, also the brakes were a piece of cap and I say crap instead of cursing, but those are minor compared to the transmission problem, the tranny was bad, it was in a front in collision but when she seem it on the car fax they told her it was a minor finder binder and that it was not a mamajor collision, well they lied. Also the down payment is ridiculous you may pay 1000-1500 down but then you have to write a separate tax check which is usually around 1100 depending on your vehicle, they will take that out your account in about 3 sometimes 4 weeks after you drive off the lot. Not to mention the outrageous biweekly payments. Normal lots include the taxes with finance charges. Also they put a remote GPS locator on your car, so that if you miss one payment the will come track down the vehicle to repo (thats not that bad, as long as u pay, I kinda understand that part) if amy thing happenhappens to the car they will direct you to their garage which is ridiculous while we were in there waiting on the car to be looked at for the electrical, brakes, and tranny (mind you she just got the car 3 1/2 weeks ago) they spoke freely to one another about the cars, one guy said and I quote, they need that check engine light taken off the truck some guy is coming to look at it and maybe purchase it but he wont buy if the light is on, so fine a way to make it go out quick all I could do is shake my head in disbelief, they are con artist, please please look elsewhere there are many other lots in the pittsburgh area, and if you must buy from them please have your own mechanic check it out, also read the carfax history report, but please try not to buy here. If you dont believe me, purchase a car and watch them ask you to write a review. After you write the fake review and drive off the lot, they will not give a damn, they made there money. Im not into making reviews at all let alone bad ones but I hate when ppl are taken advantage of just because they have less then perfect credit, people make mistakes but they shouldnt have to be used because of them. *please excuse the typos, my phone auto corrects and screws stuff up.
