Everyone at this location is sweet, friendly, and helpful. I can always get what I need when coming here. Even when something is out of stock, they assist in helping me find it elsewhere or by placing an order.

I always have such a great experience at CosmoProf because of Pam. She is not only an incredible manager, but also such a sweet, welcoming person. I have never walked in and not seen a smile on her face. She is always doing everything she could to help me and guide me with whatever I needed. Just as she does with every customer that steps in the door. Its amazing how many people will return to a store simply because of the relationships they develop with someone who works there. Taking the extra time to get to know customers names or remembering something about their visit goes a long way and ensures return business. The store manager Pam is by far the best manager any store would love to have. You want people like her running your business. Everytime I walk in she has a smile on her face and she knows all the customers names. She’s been working for this place for as long as I can remember and knows her stuff. Cosmoprof New Lenox is by far my favorite to shop at! I always get the best service and amazing help when I need it! Pam the manager is absolutely AMAZING! I go there basically just for her!
