I came in to buy a new Queen mattress for my son, and my sister came with to get a new king for herself. I purchased a queen mattress here at a amazing price. Ryan was most helpful in my experience explaining all the specs of the beauty rest mattress I purchased, everything from what kind of springs were in the mattress to the history of the company itself. Well, this is my second warranty claim for a mattress which sucks. However the process was easily and working with the store for a replacement mattress was simple as well. The staff helped us pick a new mattress the will fit our comfort levels and needs.

I bought a mattress from Ryan in New Lenox.  Upon receiving the item, we used it for several weeks and decided it was not comfortable.  Ryan made the return very easy and also helped us purchase another mattress.  The next day, I saw the same product for less at another store!  Ryan immediately price matched the competitor!  We will definitely be buying more mattresses from this man in the future! Excellent service so far.  After my new bed is delivered, I will post an update to this review.

Absolutely amazing service! We were worried about our credit and we’re surprised to be approved for enough to get new beds for not only ourselves, but our two kids as well! Also worked with our budget and saved us so much! We are very happy and highly recommend this location.Side note: we thought our kids would make it difficult, however they have toys to keep them occupied and provide them with water and snacks while you adult with the representative.

I called the store in New Lenox and the guy at the store location was very helpful. I was able to pick up the bed frame I needed at the store and paid via my phone! So easy!!! The warehouse was a different story. The two ladies in the office were in their own conversation before they even acknowledged me five minutes at least, after I walked in the door. They told me to wait on the ramp in my car and the frame would be out in a few minutes. Twenty five minutes later, one of the office women came out and told me they were sorry I had to wait but all the workers were on break and they were not aware. Five minutes or so later, the only guy that I actually saw doing work in the warehouse brought the frame out. No communication in the warehouse.

Staff was very nice and helpful. My child was happy to be able to pick his new mattress. Best part was able to get it same day

We were wanting to shop for a mattress. But it was confusing with so many options - sales, stores, brands and models. We decided to try the Mattress Firm website. There we took a quiz to narrow down our search. We received an email with several choices fitting out criteria. Due to the pandemic and having children at home, my husband went to the store alone to try out the mattresses we were interested in. My husband called me with a video chat and I was able to be part of the shopping experience. We were helped by Ryan Ulbrich - a friendly, knowledgeable and quite helpful member of Mattress Firm in New Lenox. Despite the pandemic, shopping for a mattress was easy and satisfying. We expect that our delivery, set up, take away and purchases will also be excellent. 😀

He was able to give us an awesome deal on the 2 mattresses we picked out, and even threw in free delivery. Im also very pleased that all of the mattresses at Mattress Firm are made in the United States. I would definitely recommend this store to a friend. Stopped by the store at 581 East Lincoln Hwy. in New Lenox Illinois just to get some information. Its been 15 years since we purchased our last mattress. Had no intention of buying tonight. Turns out we had such a great experience working with Nathan that we did, in fact, buy a new mattress/box spring set. Nathan was knowledgeable and there was actually no pressure to buy. I am so glad we did because the customer service there was great and I was able to get the perfect mattress for myself. Nathan greeted us as we walked in and he was so helpful! He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the mattress that was right for me. He worked with us on pricing and making sure I got the mattress that fit my needs. He also gave us suggestions that would help make my mattress last for years to come. Will start by saying the female associate was friendly and pleasant.The male associate, however, was combative, unprofessional and rude. He questioned a discount another mattress company offered, said he used to work there and that they sold used mattresses as new. Then he angrily directed us to ‘go by it there then! Who cares if the mattress has been slept on? As long as you get your discount...’ Wow. Bitter with life much?Well, we did just that, saved $500 on a $3K purchase and couldn’t be happier with the decision. We will NEVER be back to this location, or potentially any other Mattress Firm.AVOID!!

Chris was very up front about sales and pricing. Looked at extra deals that were not as much without trying to push the most expensive mattress in the store. It was nice that he did not seemed annoyed when I said my spouse couldnt come in until tomorrow & still kept explaining different mattresses

Extremely frustrated. I don’t recommend this place at all. The experience purchasing the mattress was decent, but it didn’t get delivered when it was supposed to be, and they didn’t care.We were given a window of 6:15-8:15. We left a family birthday party to make sure we were home on time. We got home at 6:15 on the dot and found a “sorry we missed you” card on the door. We never received a call. We called the store and were told that they must have called us and they waited 15 minutes before leaving. This was said while we were on the phone at 6:20. We asked if they could call the truck and have them come back and were told no. The associate we spoke with didn’t care at all. I told him I was considering canceling the purchase altogether and he just said “ok I’ll take care of it.” So, I cancelled the purchase.I haven’t been treated this way by a retailer in a very long time. Flabbergasted.

Bought the mattress cooling pad which is suppose to keep you cool when you sleep... does not work and the king size doesn’t even fit to cover a king size mattress. So disappointed especially since it was expensive

Then one Saturday afternoon we were getting tires down the street and decided to wander in and guess what, we left with a new mattress and are sleeping better than ever. Rich the manager and also the sales person we dealt with was very honest and fair with us. He got us in a great bed for a good price and never pushed us or made us feel like he was trying to sell us. And they really do price match its not just a gimmick. So far we have had nothing but a positive experience and I would definitely recommend stopping in to see them when youre in the market for a mattress.

I woke up this morning with another back ache from a sleepless night. My car drove itself to Mattress Firm, I was determined to find the perfect nights sleep. It was a foggy morning as I entered the store as it opened at 10am. I was immediately greeted by two handsome gentleman, Nathan and Chris, with excitement in their eyes. A morning of perfect of answer and questions paired with a plethora of health information.After having an idea of the brand and style of mattress, I tested the three available models of the TemperPedic to fit my lifestyle. I was turned on to investing in the adjustable base with massage. I felt zero pressure to commit to any upgrades, however, after hearing all the possibilities, I could not turn my back on any of them.After receiving the incredible financing, I walked out of that store excited knowing that my new mattress was going to be delivered later that night.
