I called on a Thursday and they came out the same day to see what I needed repaired. My wife broke off the seal strip on the one side of the garage while backing out and trying to avoid our daughters car parked behind his. In any case I just needed one side to be replaced. I had to go out of town for the weekend but scheduled for the following Tuesday and sure enough he was punctual and tidy. I’ve used Garage Door & Springs New Lenox a few times now for different repairs and have been very happy with their services. I highly recommend them!

5 star service! We recently had a power outage which leads me to believe is what cause our garage door to stop working once the power was restored. Within an hour a worker was at our house and solved all our issues. He replaced springs, motors, keypads, sensors, the works! They are professionals and work in a timely manner, especially in an emergency like ours with a supposed hurricane just days away. You wont regret their services.

We saw a coupon in a mailer and looked up their reviews and saw they were all positive.They come over to give us an estimate within a couple of hours of our call. A week later the job was done in about 2 hours. We are very pleased with the garage ceiling racks and hooks we purchased. We can now fit 2 cars in our 3 car garage! Garage Door & Springs New Lenox was easy to schedule, I called them on Sunday and arranged for them to come on Monday morning, between 10 and 12. The tech called at 9:00 and said he would be there in 30 minutes. How often is a tech early? He arrived when he said and told me how much it would be up front. Took him less than an hour to fix the door. Joel was very courteous and did a great job. I would recommend them anytime you have door issues. The office followed up within 20 minutes of him leaving. Great service.

I googled a garage door company, and wound up being this one. They were able to get someone out the next day, although the appointment time was pretty late in the evening, our tech was super professional and offered to fix the issue even though that meant him staying out later. He was very nice and did a good job. We needed the spring replaced, having a working garage was a necessary fix, although it was pricey. Called to make an appointment yesterday, and scheduled an appointment for today. We couldnt he happier with Joels work! He taught us about our current doors and openers, went over the options/prices, and let us decide what we wanted to do. We decided to get a new opener installed on one side, as well as replacing both doors rollers to maintenance free ones. He explained everything very well and set up all the remotes/keypad for us, and went above and beyond by fixing an issue with our old doors sensors for free just to make sure it was correct.
