Very Convenient if your trying to buy furniture, electronics, or appliances. Pay once a week or once a month. Rent to own. If your on a tight budget then Rent-A-Center is the right place for you. Very friendly, respectful, and Careful employees. New and comfortable furniture of your choosing.

Overall the place is pretty confined and could look a little cleaner. Thats why I gave it four stars.However the customer service is pretty swell and they really do work with you on payments if you need to be a little late.Very friendly as they should be. And knowledgeable about their products.

We have been getting stuff from Rent-A-Center for over seven years off and on. They have always taken good care of our needs.

I would like to start with the fact that Ingrid, I believe is here name has been wonderful. I hope this doesnt reflect on her. The manager there which I was introduced to a year ago hasnt been very nice. And I didnt really like from the start. Today in the middle of the country shutting down is making house calls about a payment that less then 10 days late. Ive been a customer for over a year. My Bills always paid. He wasnt very nice when he showed up at the house. I owe 69 dollars on my 6 month purchase. It will be paid tomorrow. My bet is if you were to replace this guy with Ingrid your store would go from a 3 to a 5 star in no time.

They will call and harass you the day your bill is due. I never had a late payment and they still felt the need to call me every week. They still call me to tell me about new sales, a year after I finished paying off my agreement, even after I asked them not to multiple times.

Today the manager called me and was extremely disrespectful and demanded for me to tell him why I didn’t pay on the first . On the first I called to speak with the account manager and he was like just pay Thursday, they will be closed so u said I would do it online . He said you know I can come to your house right now or anytime I want to pick up the washer and dryer . I told him have a nice day I also told him online is 24/7 . Aaron’s is way better and I’m debating right now on sending it back just because he was so rude ! I’ve called corporate office . It’s fine to call and wonder but don’t ever threat me or demand I tell you something. Btw it’s the manager there . He is rude and we don’t miss our payments we actually always pay on time if not early most times and even did a double payment a few months back .

Ingird and Eric are awesome! They really go the extra mile to work with their customers to get them the products they want. Amazing experience!

Dont go to them, they will rip you off!! Try another location you might have better customer service. They dont even deserve the one start.

I wish I could give 0 stars because honestly Eric is the rudest, most condescending person I have ever had the displeasure speaking with. Every question I had was met with I dont know or some rude comment. Seriously contemplating sending the products I received back to the store.

They have some nice products and the employees that work here are good people. I have done business with them on a few occasions throughout the years. They do not like giving you monthly payments but it IS an option. They do have a habit of calling you the day your payment is due as a reminder which is annoying especially of you have weekly payments. I used to pay every Friday after work and they called like clockwork at 4pm smh...i didnt need a friendly reminder and I swear they said they would only call if I missed a payment. Whatever. If you have to rent it, Id try em out but if you can afford to just buy it youll save yourself the hassle and a headache.

Had my Cell Phone stolen at work I happen to work at Foxwoods and they have their own Tribal State recognized Police station there. I was told I needed to go to a REALpolice station! I have the report from the tribal police so lets see what will happen because up to this point I have been made to pay for the stolen phone plus the weekly fee for the new phone which amounts to 67$ a week cannot afford this I have been a good customer for 6 years if they dont honor this police report I am returning the new phone and letting them know I will not be paying diddly squat for the stolen one that they will write off anyway also I pay the theft payment every week!!!

Very good place employees are very nice the only set back is if ur item.is not at home they want u to pay for something u dont have at home but othet then that there great

Their pricing for renting to own is a little high and their selection is a little limited. The staff is pretty friendly, though.

This place is super unprofessional,   i will never rent from them again, !!! I waited about 4 hrs and 30 mins for them to arrive to my home to pick up the furniture i was renting, i was told 3 to 5 was the time they pick up and deliver... I called around 4:44pm and i was told within 20 mins somone should be there to pick up my furniture, an hour passes by it was 5:44pm i called rent-a- center to make sure someone was still coming the lady said to give her a second then a male co worker of hers went on the phone he was super rude and disrespectful and was yelling and even tried to agrue with me because his company was late, i asked for his name than the women went on the phone an apologize for his behaviour still didnt give me the males name so i could report him .. The people came around 640 pm super late .. I will never will rent from this place or would recommend this location to anyone and i wouldnt even rate this location 1 star

If you wanted to get screwed, them come here to Rent A Center. You will be paying more the double off the price. Thats why they call rent a center of your packet.

I was helping my mother pay for her couches. I forgot to give her a months payment and they were rude and disrespectful to her when she showed up at the store to pay the last month and current month. I got so pissed off i gave her the money to cancel the balance.....and suddenly they liked her and apologized to her. Bad BAD SERVICE!!! Dont go there. Learn customer service please.

We are paying on a refrigerator that constantly is breaking, they send people out to trade it out an they break it even more bringing it in late now it’s after hours and we can’t reach anyone and the doors won’t close right causing all our food to go bad. Not a great place at all .
