I connected with a sales manager named Tony and he was excellent. We worked out the deal over the phone and he assured me that the price we agreed upon was set. There were no games or gimmicks. He honored what he said, which showed his integrity. I stopped by to leave a deposit and I was really impressed with not only his courteous, outgoing, friendly and honest service, but the staff too. Tony even showed legitimate concern for my 1 year old who wasn’t feeling his best when I stopped by for the deposit. Usually purchasing a car is one of the most stressful things one has to go through yet Clint Riley made it a wonderful and stress free experience, even personally going to the East Hartford Hoffman to bring my new SQ5 to New London. His knowledge of the Audi brand was fantastic, I never felt pressured and everything was clearly explained every step of the way. Communication was great as one of the first things he did was ensured I had his cell phone and would text me updates. I have to say this was the best experience with any Audi dealership from Maryland to Massachusetts. Hoffman Audi was the most professional, attentive, kind and responsive dealership we worked with. Jessica, new Sales Associate, and Robert, Business Finance Manager, were incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. The managers also took the time to introduce themselves and made us feel as if we were valued. Many other Audi dealerships, specifically in the MA area, were far less attentive and to be frank, a bit rude. The vibe at one in particular was as if our business was not worth their time or effort, perhaps due to the the fact that we were looking at the Q3 model (new or used). Audi is lucky we are familiar with the quality associated with their vehicles otherwise we would have easily taken our business to a different make. I give this dealership a 10/10 rating and look forward to working with them in the years to come.

I just bought a beautiful certified preowned Q3 at Hoffman in New London. My salesperson, Clint Riley was great through my seemingly thousands of email questions I sent him, and was never pushy. He set me up for a test drive, and I was able to take the car for two hours by myself to really get a feel for the car. We have been with Hoffman for a few years now and are on our 3rd Audi purchased through them. I have always found the Hoffman staff to be friendly and helpful, and easy to talk to.Service is a huge deal with me and Hoffman scores a 10 every time. They are timely and get the car back to you when they say they will. If there is a case for delay, someone comes out and explains the issue and what is being done to correct it. I give Hoffman and the staff at the New London dealership a solid 10; they are professional, knowledgeable, and approachable.

Phenomenal service. Just bought a used S5 from them, and everyone was just awesome. Theyre not pushy by any means, and theyre all pretty knowledgeable. The salesman I worked with, Peter, searched for months for exactly the car I wanted, and found it. The car is perfect, and he seemed to know everything about the complex systems (particularly the MMI) of the car. Joe, the general manager, is also fantastic. The appt process on the website for an oil change was easy to do. I was met by a very nice service rep confirming my appt and what my appt was for. At the end, we reviewed what was done and the cars overall condition. The service rep also used sanitize wipes to wipe down the inside of my car; steering wheel etc. The only issue I had was that my car was not vacuumed inside or the.outside washed. The only reason why I say that is because other dealerships do it. Nissan. MB. Thank you

Peter Devylder was extremely helpful in answering all our questions about our new Audi - and very reassuring since we were feeling quite ignorant about some of the sophisticated technology in the new models. He insisted on spending all the time we needed and has offered to continue to educate us as long as necessary. There was no pressure -- but he knows his stuff and his enthusiasm was infectious.

Hoffman was awesome. I stopped in without an appointment and they took care of my ad blue requirement while I waited. One other time they replaced the batteries in our keys for no charge also. We didn’t even buy our car there but we couldn’t be happier with the service so far.

Although the vehicle is terrific, the sales experience was less than what I would expect from a dealership of this caliber. The only reason we continued to pursue the sale is because the service department has a stellar reputation. Of note, Robert Duncan and Chris were knowledgeable, professional, proactive and efficient, Bob Cope was alarmist and not a problem solver, he is not proactive, a bit patronizing and did not coach or support newbie sales person, Tailor, well. If you are only interested in buying a vehicle, go to Chris at this dealership or go somewhere else. However, if you plan to use the excellent service team at this dealership, plan on a lot of time and aggravation to get your new vehicle processed.

Overall service was very good and the staff was excellent. I did think that it was very cheap thing for a premium car company to charge $3 additional for gas usage on a loaner (after spending over $500 for routine service). I would understand if the usage was over a half a tank but to charge someone for going 10 miles is extremely cheap and not how a premium car company should operate. I would expect this from lower quality brands but not Audi.

The service is amazing at Hoffman Audi- it makes me want to stay with Saudi forever.Anytime I come in for service, I make myself at home in the lounge area, pour myself a Starbucks coffee, grab a snack, and do some work on my laptop.Dwight in service has always gone above and beyond and has made me feel extremely comfortable with every visit. The people who make-up the Service Department at Hoffman Audi, New London are amazing. They are always available to provide helpful advice and guidance regarding my Audi TT. If my car needs servicing, they ALWAYS ask if I need a replacement car or a ride. Any mechanical issue is always resolved. When I pick up my car, it is always in excellent working condition and routinely has been washed and vacuumed, looking better than when I dropped it off. It is wonderful to have complete trust in the people who take care of my car.

Process was smoothe, no haggling, no gimmicks. It reminds me why I like to shop at the small town dealers. They are usually very respectful, accommodating and transparent. And, my sales associate offered to come puck me up to faciliate the pick up of the car. Service exceeded my expectations

I went in recently for repairs and had a great experience. My repairs were originally going to be extremely expensive but the Service Manager was able to determine that my car might qualify for a recall on the pistons and engine seals. We ran the required tests and found that my car did indeed qualify. The service department went out of their way to make sure I was set up with a loaner car for the time that my own car would be in the shop. And when all was said and done they were able to save me a lot of money on a repair I probably would not have been able to do otherwise.

The service is excellent. They kept me well informed with what they were doing and time frames it would take. All recalls were serviced on my car, oil change, and all fluids topped off.They gave me a loaner car which helped immensely for i have a newborn and could not wait. When i returned with the loaner service was graciously helpful in moving my belongings from the loaner vehicle into mine- including the car seat which was put in perfectly and safely. This was all done inside a heated garage; never having to step out into the elements . I did not post 5 stars for the sole reason of price ($400) but when you drive an Audi this is apparently the price one must pay.

Very Happy with Hoffman Audi of New London from sales to service. We purchased an A7 and a Q5. Love both cars!! Service is awesome with Mark making it all particularly convenient! Weve had other good cars and worked with good dealerships but Hoffman Audi of New London has been the best!!

When I got to the dealership, Raquel had everything set up, including my out of state registration transfer, my loan documents, and my detailed Audi. After a short meeting with Robert, the business manager, Raquel ran me through the car how-to and I was driving away with my new car. I brought my car in for a recall and it was handled professionally, courteously and quickly. Unfortunately I am using this dealer while I am dislocated from my home. If there were closer to my new location I would definitely use them.

I was quite pleased with the service I received from Hoffman Audi of New London. My car had broken down about 3 miles from them and I called and spoke to Kayla who was just awesome on the phone. She set everything up for me so that when AAA towed my car their, I did not have to wait long to process my paperwork. I also dealt with Dwight who was just as awesome as Kayla. Dwight was very professional and efficient. I was pleased with the turnaround time to get my car repaired. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to pick it up that the service department did a full mechanical check on my car and provided a written report. It also looked like they washed and waxed may car and whatever they did to the alloy wheels made them look like they are brand new! Keep in mind, my car is a 2002 Audi A6 2.7T with almost 270,000 miles on it! Thank you Hoffman Audi!

Our purchase of a 2017 A4 at Hoffman Audi of New London was professionally handled from start to finish. Raquel Blonshine was our Audi Brand Specialist who listened very carefully to our needs and guided us through the purchasing process. Since we were very interested in the various driver assist technologies, Raquel demonstrated these features on her own personal vehicle that was so equipped. Our trade-in allowance was more generous than I had anticipated, and the final purchasing (paperwork) process was very efficient. We had looked at other brands, but something about either the vehicle or sales process developed into negatives – not so at Hoffman Audi of New London. And we are still ecstatic about our purchase!

(2019 Review Deleted)March 2021 Update: Avoid if possible.During most recent visit, I was told that my water pump has a Stage 2 Coolant Leak, which translates to failure at 25k miles (installed 12 FEB 2019 by Hoffman),. I was the one who pointed this premature failure out to the service advisor. He didnt even read the history of the car, and did not realize that the part had already been replaced. AND the new one was $50 more! I pay a premium for Audi OEM parts, and they only last 25k miles? I understand that pumps can fail at seals, but it was not clear how this one failed. Could not determine if leak was from pump itself or at pump to engine seal.Advisor did not return calls following our discussion on replacement and why it wasnt noticed by him or the service team.Paid for tire rotation, did not get it. Know this by the unique markings on rims. I rotated them in May 2020, they were in the same position.Returned to the shop to pick up my car, asked to have failure of water pump explained and was ignored by service attendant. My advisor was not around to answer either.Communication was impersonal, lacked professionalism, and was generally worthless. Clearly the service department is in the business to turn over the repairs as fast as possible. All I was asking for was a better description of what failed on the water pump. The person at the desk responded its in the writeup. He clearly had no idea, and was not interested in finding out what went wrong. You can read the explanation in the attached photos.Find a local mechanic who will listen to your concerns, honestly address issues, and can help you understand why things go wrong. Dealers are on their way out, not fast enough though.Photos of invoices showing mileage and cost.
