I cant offer enough superlatives about the kind, professional and high-quality service we received from Taylor refinishing. Our college student had a fender-bender in New London, three hours from home. Beth helped me manage all aspects of this challenging situation with care, good communication, and sound advice. She guided us through the process, worked with the insurance representatives, and was the interface with the local Audi, dealer as needed. Incredible attention to detail. She and her husband did exactly the work we needed. The result: a 2010 car looks like new and is safe to drive again. I cant thank Beth and Taylor Refinishing enough. This is service at its absolute best. Highly trustworthy people and operation. They went the extra mile for us, and were grateful.

I have used Taylor Refinishing for years and I have been very happy with both the price and the service. On one of my vehicles I was hit in a parking lot and they made it better than before it was hit. On my other vehicle they were able to repaint the badly faded side molding, back to a perfect match! I dont go anywhere else! Cant beat the price or the service. :)

My first time using Taylor and I’d absolutely use them again! They went over, above and beyond in their service. Always friendly, caring and professional. My parked car was hit by another driver so I had to deal with her insurance company. Taylor took the reins and worked directly with the rental company to arrange for my car — they even got me an upgrade from what the insurance company wanted to give me — they also dealt directly with the insurance company and my car dealer for some electrical recalibration that needed to be done. My car was so clean, spotless and detailed when I picked it up it was showroom ready. And the repair work; you’d never know about the fender bender.

Wonderful experience, highly recommend!Last month, my beautiful car was hit by a distracted driver on my way home from work. Within an hour, I found myself in the same dreaded situation as many others: in the front seat of a tow truck, trying to Google reputable body shops on an iPhone that had 13% battery remaining. I called my local Audi (Hoffman Audi of New London, CT) and was told that they refer most of their body work out to a shop across the street; Taylor Refinishing. So me, and my Audi A5 headed over.The owners, Beth and Charles, were waiting outside for me, even though the shop had already closed. Beth assured me that theyd take care of everything & told me exactly what to expect before I left. Over the next few weeks, I dealt with Beth and Kate, (both so nice!) who kept me updated with even the smallest of details. They took care of the appraisal, handled all of the communication with; (and errors made by) my insurance company, called me to make sure I understood what each of the repairs & codes meant on my paperwork, and called me as each of the parts for my car came in.The day I arrived to pick up my car felt like I was going to pick up my child. My car looked BETTER than the day I bought it. To my utter shock, the owner, Charles, walked me around the car and showed me where he and his staff buffed out and re-painted 3 separate sections of my car that were NOT even involved in the car accident. I was speechless.My car looked brand new, inside and out.As I left the lot, more people came out to say goodbye, and to tell me what part they had in fixing my car. I felt like they loved my car as much as I did, I have never felt so taken care of.Thank you to Beth, Charles, Kate and team for all that you did, and continue to do. Absolutely phenomenal work. When I picked the truck up, it was pretty much detailed inside and out as well! Nice people and helpful staff make this a no brainer for any body work you need done!

Someone hit my car, and I end up paying over 2k anyway which included my 500 deductible and rental and rental insurance because it took a month for it to get fixed, which was done adequately with new, but not OEM parts. The location is a bit tricky but next to enterprise was easy. Lady there was very very nice. Only minor errors in communication and paperwork between the company and their normal appraiser and insurance company but created misleading and unnecessary time and confusion as a consumer. Overall if the wait time and communication as well as factory parts were in order, I would highly recommend. This review is in comparison to similar and other work and time,costs,communication of what I would call 5 stars. If an accident occurs again, I will be using my 5 star services but do believe this place is suitable for locals.

This place blew me away! After another shop did some very poor work on my car, I heard about Taylor from a trusted mechanic. I was nervous up until the moment I saw my car, but it looks absolutely terrific. They did an outstanding job of matching unique paint color, filled in a few nicks, and have my 2007 BMW looking almost brand new.I couldnt be happier with the work and the service I received.

Took my Z4 to these folks after someone tagged my left front fender and headlamp in a parking lot. They worked with the insurance adjuster and got the job done right. On drive away, I saw the code for air bag was lit. Uh oh. Taylor hooked me up with a BMW shop (Inline Auto / Niantic) that reset the code at no cost to me. I recommend this place (Lots of high end vehicles in the lot for repair). By the way, Brian at Inline Auto in Niantic is also great for BMW work.
