I was just there and purchased 4 bottles of the wella toners. The lady with long grey hair cashed me out and asked for my phone number I said no I’m okay I don’t want an account. She got very annoyed when I didn’t want to give her my number because she asked 4 separate times. Anyways, continued with the transaction and at the end my fiancé pays and I grab the receipt and say Thank you and go to walk away, then she proceeds to mock me in a condescending tone saying your welcome as I’m walking out the door. My fiancé and I were genuinely baffled at the experience, Worst experience I’ve ever had there, I’ve never been rang out by her but I surely never want too ever again!
Horrible customer service and product knowledge. I asked the older woman at the counter for help finding the plug in nail drills, she said the store was out of stock and shows me the battery operated one on the shelf. The shelf that the sales woman directed me to had the drill priced for $10.29 but when she scanned the product it scanned for $27.95. She then checks the shelf again and said the products tag was for a different product. I asked the woman where is the correct shelf and she said she doesnt know and acted like its not her job to know where products are in the store. Dont shop here, the employees are not interested in helping customers and lie about price of products until you get to the register.
There is no reason to offer curbside pick-up if you don’t answer the phone all day and you pretend the client is not at door. Used to be a good store but if you continue doing it you’re going out of business soon.
Yikes. If you have social anxiety, please save yourself the panic attack and do NOT shop here.I’ve been a Sally’s customer for years, but never experienced the wild behavior I endured today while picking up my usual GoodDyeYoung product.The woman sales associate left another customer at the register to follow me into an aisle and ask weird questions about my hair and “what I was looking for”. Upon telling her I was just picking up my usual gooddyeyoung and looking alarmed this woman bee lined behind me and got into my personal space to ask me questions.Not enough? Nope. This woman then proceeded to follow me BAACK to the cash register all while the other consumer waiting to pay was just sitting there, looking confused and disgusted for me.Good product? Yep. But all Sally beauty did was carry it. Will probably just shop online elsewhere instead of having my personal space invaded.
Please give us back our Ronnie Pulaski . We miss her ! Everyone at the store is great but bring Ronnie back !
