Everyone working here is super helpful and friendly. Within a few weeks of purchasing my Trek Trail bike from them I had a small crash which broke my rear derailleur cable. I brought it back to them and the guy fixed the cable in about 10 min. He also threw in a new tube in my front tire which had a slow leak. He just said “your first crash is on us” and didn’t even charge me for it. Awesome customer service every time. I’ve been coming here since 2008 when I bought my first road bike and they have always taken great care of me and my bikes.

Great bike shop. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. The fact that all the guys are friendly also helps. Some of my friends say they are a little pricey. I think they are fair. Just compare prices online with what they have in the store you may be able to save a few bucks on accessories. Sales and service are great.

This is a must go place for your bicycle, beautiful environment from inside. I didnt have to leave an appointment I walked in and they took care of my bicycle, for any tune up this is the place to go, highly recommended

Great bike shop, small with great mechanics who care about bikes.

Always excellent. Service and selection. Been doing business with them since mid 1980s when Bob was the owner. Must say Pat and crew are all as good or better than any LBS around with their knowledge and expertise of the latest trends and products, for beginners or advanced. You cant go wrong by visiting and at least check them out.

Dont waste your time go to a real bike shop.

Amazing staff. Whole staff is pure definition of customer service. You will never get this kind of services and perks if you buy bike online or form departmental stores. Prices are even cheaper.

Great shop. Theyre not local to me but I called them looking for a derailleur hanger for my bike which comes from a Canadian company without a big dealer presence in Connecticut. The owner, Pat, found the part. Its an hour drive for me to get there but I had to plans to ride at a nearby MTB trail the next day, on Sunday, when the shop was closed so I paid over the phone and he left it out in the mailbox for me. I appreciated the willingness to solve the problem and take an extra step.

From the first phone call to when I left with the new bike for my wife, they were friendly, accommodating and knew their stuff. In times like these it is important to reward the local businesses that do an outstanding job, they are one of them and I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are new to cycling, they take the time to answer all your questions and recommend what they truly think is the best option, I was happy with the service and my wife is thrilled with her new bike! I will most definitely be going back there when I need a bike for myself in the future.

Wayfarer is just an all-around great shop. They have a nice range of quality bikes and their bike service is fantastic. On top of this, the owner, Pat Lamond, and his staff do an excellent job patiently listening to the customer and helping get you exactly what you need. I have always had great experiences here, from buying new bikes to getting extensive service on existing bikes.

Made the purchase of a new road bike after my first ever visit. Well worth it. They even threw in a few extra things . They even let me do a test ride around the block. They taught me about the different features about the bike and even adjusted the seat for me. The cherry on top was when they put the bike in my car for me. Their service was on point.

My wife and I didnt really know what we were looking for, and just stopped in to browse. The sales man immediately came and asked us what we were looking for and gave us our options. We were still on the fence and not sure about the commitment and he said that we should test drive the bikes. When test driving, we were very picky and had a lot of things we were looking for with the bikes and he adjusted each bike every time and then had us back out to test ride again. All in all, he must have spent at least an hour with us. And by the time we were done that day, we were almost 100 percent positive that those are the bikes we wanted. When we came back the next day, he did everything in his power to make sure we were completely satisfied. Including teaching us how to hook the bike rack up to the car and the bikes to the rack correctly. On top of all that, they offer an amazing maintenance plan for the bikes. We are very happy.

During this pandemic time, they fixed my daughters bicycle in one day. Really appreciate !!

The staff here is terrific. Ive been going to Wayfarer for a few years now and theyve always been very reliable when it comes to sales and service. Most recently, they didnt hesitate to repair my Schwinn jogging stroller. Thats going above and beyond!

I needed a new end cap and spring for my front wheel, upon speaking to a representative here he grabbed both items from a spare parts bin, at no charge. I will for sure come back here and use them for all my bike needs. While I cannot comment on the store/stock etc I will say that was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a bike shop!
