I live in Florida and had a sick niece in Rhode Island. I was able to contact the Edible Arrangements in New London, and place my order for them to deliver to her. All I have to say is, if you want exceptional customer service, these are your people. I would definitely do business with them again! I wish more businesses operated like them.
Not happy.. wouldnt deliver to the person w/o a phone number for the recipient..my neighbors.. dont have their numbers so went through another delivery service

TOTAL JOKE of a company. Valentines Day, their key demographic. I would have thought that theyd pay more attention and act like they cared more about the product & attention to detail. Especially on V-Day.I ordered the So Berry Loved package. The bear was not included. The Mrs loves bears, that was the key item in the package.Accidents happen, I called and was told they were going to deliver the item & it would be there in time before I left for dinner. That was around 12pm.I called again at 3pm asking what the status of the order was & that I would be leaving in two hours. I was ASSURED that it was to be delivered on time well before I left.Needless to say, it never showed, no phone calls, no emails, no delivery, no bear. I called customer service at midnight when I got home. The customer service was very nice, much better than this franchise. They started a claim for me, & said a manager would call me in the AM.AM came, no call, no email, and still no delivery. I called the store again and got a woman on the phone who could have cared less about my problem. I got the typical generic....I totally understand response from them. I was given a partial refund & thats that.To sum it up, the way I was treated, Ill NEVER order from them again & be sure to tell everyone about this. If they truly cared, they would have made it right & gotten me what I ordered. Its not so much about the bear at this point, but the principle of the matter. They screwed up & should have made it right, why did I have to get the run around and blown off only to get a partial refund in the end?Professional company? Not so much.
I put in an order for mothers day online and made one or two mistakes. When I called the store to see if there was anything they could do, or I could cancel the order, the lady I spoke with already knew who I was, and had resolved everything better than I would have. These people know what they are doing and from just a brief phone call it seemed clear that they dont just think about the arrangement, but also making sure that it is special for the person who is receiving it. I will be using them again in the future for sure.
DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Horrible people, horrible customer service. Just horrible!! Ordered a $70+ arrangement to be delivered to my friend for her birthday and they called three times to ask which apartment number. We confirmed which one, then he couldn’t find it and called my friend who explained it to him.Turns out, he dropped it at the door of the wrong apartment complex!!! Then they REFUSE to get it back or deliver a new one. So my friend walks down the street on her birthday and they are asking her to knock on strangers door to try and retrieve the arrangement they delivered to the wrong place. Not to mention these are also perishable food items.Had to call corporate and they STILL REFUSE TO REDELIVER IT!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Treated rudely like never before in my life. Not to mention the delivery fee is $15 on top of the already crazy expensive arrangement, and they still can’t manage to get my friend some fruit on her birthday. Ridiculous.This is your only job, to deliver for special occasions. What’s the point of ordering an arrangement and the person receiving it is completely inconvenienced and has to try to track down their gift from strangers. Which at this point, who would want a fruit arrangement that’s been in a strangers home or sitting outside?
I had a great experience with the manager of the store. She helped me to come up with some gift ideas that were well received. She was very knowledgable, pleasant, and helpful. Will definitely be going back for more.
We ordered an arrangement for a family reunion and it didnt show up period I had to argue with the company for a refund because they wanted to deliver it to a seasonal home after the event when no one was present in Charlestown. We had to fight to get back the $140.09 we spent and have only them to thank for making us look poorly to the entire family
I ordered an arrangement for my grandchildren.. half the fruit was inedible .. my daughter reminded me that it was the same as last time please dont order them again... very disappointing
The worst....I received 2 boxes from a friend. They were to be delivered to me on a Tuesday am. I didnt revieve them until Wednesday and they were NOT fresh. The Chocolate covered bananas were brown inside, as were the pineapple edges and strawberries were very wet and soggy. I called them and told them about it. They said a manager would call me back...No one has called me back!! Stay away!! Order elsewhere. Their product is gross! I would never buy and I certainly would never eat!

Very disappointed. I go to this one about twice a week to get the happy hour fruit cup. They did not inform me that I couldnt get it today, due to it being Valentines day. Very upset!

Omg, I cant believe the run around I am receiving from them. Ive been waiting a week for them to deliver a Thank You/ arrangement to my nephew. First they said no one was home. Today I called them back asked for a refund, which they refused (they offered store credit) so I tell them to try to deliver again ...they said they will deliver the arrangement at 5:00pm... so I call my nephew....tell him about the surprise I was sending him...to make sure he would be home for the delivery. Still no show!! I am NOT HAPPY!! I gave them one star...that was for answering the phone 😤
My daughter received a completely hideous, misrepresentation of what I ordered. No Congratulations medallions, no pineapple, no hearts, no stars. It was literally hideous. If I could give this establishment -5 stars I would. $75 out the window for an embarrassing gift.
I bought the generous bundle for Mother’s Day and I only got one part of the bundle the arrangement had water in it and the chocolate was falling off the heart cookie was crushed on a corner and when it was delivered it was too late to call the store so I called this morning and they refused to compensate me for the horrible looking arrangement they delivered and for the inconvenience of having to wait for the other box another day I asked for my money back for one of the arrangements but they refused to do anything for the rest of the issues at hand I also had photos of the damage done to the first arrangement DO NOT PURCHASE anything from these people very unprofessional and damaged goods
A few weeks ago I placed an order for a birthday fruit arrangement to be delivered to my nephews house in Westerly RI.I was a little uneasy with the young lady of the phone, she seemed very unknowledgeable . I asked for the delivery to arrive on Sunday before 12:00pm. I chose an arrangement that costs $160.00 dollars.When I arrived at my nieces house at 12:30pm it still had not come. We got in our car and drove to the store, which was 1 block from the party. We found the store closed on Sunday. After many hours on the phone trying to find out where this arrangement was I was able to speak to someone at the corporate office. They informed me that this $160.00 fruit arrangement would be delivered by 3:00 pm.Well finally it arrived at 4:45 when all the guest where leaving.I will never use this company or any of the franchises associated with this company due to all the lying and excuses told to me. I was embarrassed, this was the only thing that I was bringing to the party and it arrived when everyone was leaving.If delivering this product is what you do to make a living you would think that the corporate office would have come up with a system that has away of contacting the driver who is making the delivery.Get your act together...... WHAT A SCAMJust to post the update today Monday . I called the store in Westerly R.I and spoke to the manager, and explained to him what had happened over the he weekend. He informed me that the girl in the store where the arrangement had come from in New London had been fired for dropping the ball and that was all he said to me. I told him that I wanted a full refund on my credit card and he refused. he offered me another arrangement for Valentines day of which I didnt want. I called the corporate office and the entire day has come and gone and still no answer from them. Our family has been in business for 70 years, and if this is the way we handled our customers we wouldnt have survived this long. This company has a lot to learn. Without the customer you dont have a business. I guess edible arrangements can survive without customers...... Dont bother calling me tomarrow or any other day I will NEVER use this company again and will tell everyone I know about this $160.00 scam.
Mistake was made which is understandable, but got attitude when asked for the error to be fixed. Product is good, but staff and ownership need corporates help.
They were short a driver for delivery today but the still made my order and delivered it out of town!
They were supposed to be open at 10 and didnt open until 11 and then they didnt even have our entire order ready and said to come back in an hour. Horrible customer service.
Probably should have read the reviews before I placed an order with this company! Ordered a $150 arrangement for delivery on 7/22....never arrived....contacted store....no response. As of end of the day 7/23...still no delivery and no response! Had to file a chargeback to recoup my $150+!Avoid at all costs....dont know how they are in business!
Unprofessional and rude. Never received the order and was told that it went to a different apartment a few streets down.This location is awful and I don’t recommend.
