Its a fairly good sporting outfitter goods shop. Has some good sales. Otherwise, pricey in my opinion on some things.

Wonderful helpful staff and food quality clothing. Always shop here for boots and winter clothes.

Ive only been here once and didnt buy anything, but it looks like a great store with a good selection of clothing and shoes. Though, the prices are a bit high... But they have quality products. And the employees seem helpful.

Excellent selection and service. The winter sale prices are terrific.If you can’t get exactly what you want in the New London store, they’ll check the other stores and arrange to get it.

I had the worst customer service experience at this store. I was shopping for boots and had to ask twice in order to be able to try on a pair that I liked because the middle-aged woman was busy having a non-work related conversation with some other customers (who weren’t buying anything).Upon putting on the boots, I noticed the insert was badly bent and warped at the toe. I had to speak loudly to get the attention of the employee who was still in conversation, she comes over and sarcastically repeats what I said to her. I told her that I was trying to get her attention, and the insert was warped. She bends it back and puts it in, barely fixing it and didn’t offer to get new ones or a different pair. I try them on, and she never returned to see if I wanted them or tried to sell me a different pair.At this point I wasn’t going to spend a dime at this awful store but I had to exchange a gift. I begin to tell the manager of the poor service and frustration when this employee comes to the check out area and starts LAUGHING.This is not the only negative encounter I’ve had, or those of my friends and family who reside in the area. I will not be going to Huberts again and look forward to taking my money elsewhere. The only reason they are in business is because they are the only clothing store in a 15 mile radius.

Been shopping here since I was a kid over 40 years

I have been going to the New London, Claremont stores for years. Helpful staff and great product line. The do carry some very nice hi end stuff and prices are reasonable and their sale prices are great and you can use coupons of extra savings. Tent sale stuff is hit or miss but if you find a treasure - cant beat the deal.

The tent sale is one of my favorite places to find new gear.

Nice store and nice people. It is a bit on the blah side in appearance. They have a good not great selection of clothing and shoes. I suspect that view is not shared by many considering how long they have been in business. Give them a try you are likely to find something you like.

Sell a lot of expensive brands at expensive brands prices. Still, its all quality, and not just because of the price. Good selection of hiking boots. Occasional sale items available.

I have been to several of the Huberts and they are all good. I love the products brands they carry and the whole vibe here is comfortable and classy.

Keep that there I always come up to great things and its a great store for all ages and things for all seasons Spring Summer Winter and Fall

A nice store with lots of good gear. However I watched the sales staff greet and acknowledge everybody in the store except me. This isnt exclusive to New London, e prepared to get eyeballed and ignored by every employee at a huberts if you dont apparently look exactly like they think their customers should. Even after I purchased a Colombia jacket from them.

I enjoy shopping at this location. Great deals when they have sales.

I went into Huberts today to shop and was approached by a clperk who informed me where the clearance rack was. She approached me again to ask if I needed help and to tell me when the tent sale was. I didnt know the store was for people the help deems worthy to shop there. First rule of sales=never assume anything. She lost my sale.

You can just tell the people that work there like their work. I was greeted when I walked in the door, offered assistance and they made arrangements to get what I needed from another store

I love this store the staff is extremely friendly and the clothes are top notch.They also will fit you shoes for you.

I love their dresses, theyre stretchy, and have good material. They have a large shoe selection.

Very unwelcoming store, maybe you have to be from New London to get a smile and decent service. Dont expect this store to back warrantee items. I purchased my second set of footwear, as well as related products at this store. My advice to the employees, like your job ever day or get a job not dealing with the public.
