Scott coutier/cloutier had a very nasty attitude bathrooms are disgusting there’s no soap. They’re out of stock on most items would not recommend this Walgreens. They give the company a bad rep.

These people have the worst people skills! Went to get my flu vaccine the LADY that gave me the shot was rude, and was so tense she dropped things on the floor. She picked up whatever she dropped, with her gloved hand and proceeded to give me the vaccine with her DIRTY gloved hand. I understand you may be understaffed or whatever, however, it is not the clients fault, be better! I dont recommend CVS is probably your best bet.

Trust me: any other pharmacy in New London is probably better. I recommend CVS across the street.The worst customer experience I have ever had at any pharmacy. I have filled multiple prescriptions here and rarely ever have a good experience. They had me calling both my doctor and my insurance for a prescription over and over again, anytime I needed a refill, and even once I did they were often not satisfied with the information I got from my doctor and insurance, and would tell me to call them again. I finally transferred this script to CVS across the street and the script was filled the same day, no questions asked, no phone calls needed!Recently I tried to fill a simple nasal allergy spray (my last active prescription at this pharmacy), which I elected to have delivered to my home in the Walgreens app. They filled it but never shipped it to me, instead sending me texts that it was ready for pick up in the store. I tried calling the pharmacy multiple times to ask about this, but the automated system would put me on hold for 15 minutes, and once I was put through to the pharmacy and the phone would ring, no one would answer, and it would automatically hang up after a few minutes. I then called the store front instead of the pharmacy and talked to someone; they would transfer me to the pharmacy only for the phone to ring endlessly and hang up on me multiple times.I just gave up and contacted my doctor to have the last script transferred to CVS. I am not sure if this is an overworked/understaffed employee issue but the owner/managers at this location need to rethink how they run things.

While not a popular subject for some, this review is regarding cigarettes. 3 years ago I bought a carton. The entire carton was stale. The clerk had no idea how many packs were in it as well.Yesterday, I got same brand and was hoping it was a one time incident. Nope. All 3 are.stale and have been sitting on the shelf for a very long time to go stale.I always use Walgreens in Groton,but wanted to save myself a trip.Im thinking all the other packs have suffered the same fate.Never Gain.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I used them for 6 months and the pharmacy staff is incompetent. I never had a single prescription that was filled without incident. The final straw was calling in a prescription, confirming it was ready, and then having it not be ready when I went to pick it up. That happened 2 additional times for the same prescription over the course of 2 weeks. Finally was told there were no more refills when there were in fact, 3.

The pharmacy has its share of issues when it comes to customer service. Yelling at customers who can’t locate items rather than helping. The pharmacy manager defending the action as it’s “just her voice” hmm I wear hearing aids and her her screaming at me half way across the store. Sadly this is the first time We’ve changed pharmacies by choice and not because of an insurance company decision or move. I had to call our insurance company and explain why we were no longer comfortable. If going on a lunch break can’t wait long enough to look to see if that rubbing alcohol is out of stock just maybe prescriptions are rushed too. We are not trusting our health in the hands of those who treat seniors or anyone else with such disrespect.

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. You pretty much have to give them your prescription and then return 4 hours later to remind them about it, at which time they will roll their eyes and tell you it will be another few hours. Please go to literally any other pharmacy in town if you have important meds that you need in a timely manner.

Good neighborhood pharmacy. The staff is friendly and attentive. You get some dubious characters in there once in a while but the staff is everywhere and that tends to keep things nice and quiet.I used to like their pharmacy but our insurance forces us to use CVS. No complaints when we did use them.

I wanted to thank Amanda H, the pharmacy Manager. I work in the healthcare field and more specifically, patient satisfaction for a company that services over 800 practices.It is often difficult to deal with ins, pre authorizations, and other issues.I had an upsetting update to a specific manufacturer I needed one of my prescriptions filled by, as some fillers in generic brands gives me headaches.I have been using this location for almost a decade and by no means, is the process easy every month, but Amanda has been my rock and able to help. Even today, when I thought there was not a chance if getting the correct prescription, she went above and beyond to help, before her shift even began.Thank you to the entire staff today. P.s. please disregard my hubs grumpy disposition 😊

I have been a Walgreens customer for 20+years, moved to New London in August 2015, and have been coming to the Walgreens on Bank St, and the shopping experience is always pleasant.From the moment I enter the store Im greeted by one of their friendly employees,in particular Mary who works the cash register at the entrance. Mary is always upbeat and helpful, and her smile is so infectious. The personnel in the pharmacy are knowledgeable,quick, and courteous. I shop at Walgreens at least once every two to three weeks.

Always have to wait for my prescriptions. They are under staffed, extremely slow and a few are extremely rude. When someone is sick and waiting for medication the last thing needed is to wait and deal with rudeness.

Today when your cashier came on at 4:03 p.m. was very unpleasant very unhappy and not a team player. She was asked to look up something for another cashier and decided she had an attitude so I refuse to shop here customer service at the store was horrible.

Everyone working there are very cortious friendly and professional. They seem to be happy to work there and not looking like they cant wait to close. Everyone always greets you. Im always looking closely at the deals to the point that I am always asked if I need help looking for something and I laugh telling them thank you I just look lost. Always clean, neat and organized. I shop there for many items and even just to get a snack and or a drink because I know I will save money. I also get my prescriptions there because of the friendliness and faSt professional service I am always provided.

One of the pharmacy staff members is always condescending and rude to me and I think it has something to do with the type of medication Im on. I literally dread going here to pick up my medication, I always feel like Im looked down upon. Extremely unprofessional. And the woman that works the main checkout area during the day seems to have an attitude as well. I want to switch to CVS but due to the type of medication I take it will be a major hassle with insurance preauthorizations, making sure they have my meds in stock, etc. But they truly need to take a day to retrain their staff on being courteous and less judgemental.

Moved there went for 4+years in this one.. Prior used many locations.. WORST PHARMACY W PROBLEMATIC BLONDE WOMAN WHOM IS NEVER PLEASANT... I GET MULT PHOBECALL FROM COMPUTERS ALL OVER MIDWESTERN STATES TELLING ME MY RXS ARE READY.. I SYSTEMATICALLY WOULD BELIEVE The automated voices, (AFTER 20+ HARRASSING CALLS) guess what? I drive there and NoT ONCE was I able to pick up ALL OR ANY RXS.. ID BE TOLD itd take over 2 hrs for 30 pills to be counted... INFACT I WAS OMY TO MRI MY DR 2 days prior called a sedative in.. I WENT TO P/u.(.ONE PILLrx) I was told In a condescending tone ITD TAKE 1 HR TO FILL 1 PILL. A MILD, COMMON BENZO.. IT WAS THEYR ERROR, ID ALREADY WAITED 1 HR IN LINE, THEY CHECKED AUTO MACHINE W/- ORDERS.. THEY FORGOT then when I called I was told it was there.. I ALMOST MISsed MRI

I have been a Walgreens customer for over 20 years and moved to Waterford 3 years ago, and I have to say that the Pharmacy in the New London store is the slowest one I have ever seen, I have just one thing to say, Thank God for mail my order Pharmacy..
