Some of the best customer service youre ever going to get. Worked with Mark very last second for a project with my job, he was able to not only get me everything I need but saved me money by helping me figure out I didnt need the more expensive cables I thought I did!

Everything and anything you need! I bought a few micro tact switches for $5 for my pellet stove...saved me from spending $100 on an OEM daughter board! Very professional!!

Found what I needed very quickly but didnt have cash just debit card.. (($20.00 min)) but luckily I did need a new flashlight which put me over the minimum.. Desk salesman was helpful... very VERY HELPFUL!!! overly helpful but nice and I guess just trying to do his job so I was ok with it. Always been a good place to do business with and Ive been going there for over 20yrs.

Incredibly nice! Went there for Arduino supplies which are impossible to find at a brick and mortar store. They have a good, basic selection because there are just way too many options and it’s impossible to have everything. I can use what they had to finish my project.

We had been previously, and the man who waited on us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We returned today and the man working was rude and made us feel we were imposing on his work day. If you are so busy then do not open to the public for business. You lost 2 good customers today and i Will tell everyone I see not to bother going there. We trying to make a purchase and he was just a total bother. We asked just some basic questions about the items we were purchasing and he would not help us.

I have had two previous experiences shopping at Jan, both of them were terrible. I decided to try them out again today, to give them the benefit of the doubt. I wish that I had stayed at home.The selection of components is not only terrible, but also antiquated. From resistors to fuses to potentiometers, everything that I have purchased from them was corroded from age and vastly overpriced.Worst of all is the customer service. I have never been treated with anything but disdain when entering the store. The staff acts as if locating components and finding prices are great chores that I am forcing them to undertake. Two out of my three trips the Jan have resulted in the incorrect item being supplied, and each time the items I received were of subpar quality.I am an electronic hobbyist, and most of my projects are small and for personal use. Maybe the staff at Jan chooses to treat larger and more commercial clients with greater care, I am not sure. I am sure that I have felt unwelcome every time I went to Jan, and that my business was unappreciated. I will never be returning.

This is a great local electronics shop that has everything from robotic kits, connectors for home projects, etc... .The family run business has made donations to local schools to support a variety of projects in the area!!The people are very knowledgable, and helpful. So support your local electronics shops and start a robotics hobby with your kids!

This place has wide variety of electronics components and tools. Staff was very helpful and courteous while assisting me to find what I was looking for. Will shop here again.

Possibly the best service Ive ever received from any business. I showed up 5 minutes before closing in need of resistors and diodes. I was shocked by the amount of product they had and the variety of their store. I was immediately helped, They had the resistors in the show room and they looked the diodes up and went into the back room and got them for me. I asked if I could stay and look around and they had no problem with it. 10/10 from me.

Not a very friendly place it seemed much more commercial driven not really like a consumer base purchasing where small amounts will be needed or to even sell by the piece, more bulk or business supply oriented and they didnt really have the components I was looking for so I dont have much good I can say about it with not much bad I can say either its just not what I was hoping for
