Absolutely terrible. Dead River installed a new furnace after paying Dead River thousands to get my old one repaired again and again. They broke something when they installed the new one and didn’t notice. A mouse got in the furnace and my house filled with carbon monoxide because of that. Then they came to “clean” it and repair the damage. Just found out they only did half the job and the carbon monoxide levels are still dangerously high. I have to pay someone else to finish the job. They put my whole family’s life at risk.

Used to be great company. But just not customer friendly these days. Canceled our fall tune up in November. Said they were too busy to come out. Wanted to reschedule for March. Looking elsewhere now

You should really teach your drivers how to drive, instead of not yielding into a traffic circle and cutting off a truck in Newport New Hampshire. Unprofessional

I have been given dates i will get deliveries and not been delivered too. The bristol rep is the most rude women i have ever delt with i am not satisfied and will be going through a d and g from now on. Dead river is the worst i dont reccomend them at all

They charged us for gas we never spend, we were still living in Florida and apparently they came two months to charge the gas never spend and charging us high amount of money for gas never use.
