The gentleman I spoke with a powerhouse was more than accommodating however when I was referred to their supplier to order a part the part came wrong… The part number on the box was correct but internally was an entirely different part… And although we did eventually receive the correct part unfortunately customer service was not accommodating in terms of getting the part delivered quicker Due to their error.

They were very helpful and response to online chat which is always a pleasure.Went to buy the BBQ today and they could not have been more helpful going through the options. A pleasant non pressured experience.

Helpful staff and great pricing

Powerhouse was a good store with lots of appliances to choose from. Their online website was actually very good. We searched there for a GE Profile Electric cooktop and GE Double Ovens. We found what we were looking for and went to the store with that knowledge. The sales person was good and was able to show us the items online. He seemed pretty informative on the items and didn’t try to push us to buy any other brands. We received the appliances within a week or so. We used installers recommended by the store. They were excellent. However just after we had the appliances installed, we checked the store’s website and found that our double oven was on sale for $600 less than what we paid. We called the store and spoke to a manager there and our sales person as we tried to get the sales price instead of what we paid. We believed that they must have known it was going on sale the next week and should have told us. And if they didn’t know, they still should have given us the item at the sales price. The First person who we think was a manager said there was nothing he can do. Our sales person said he’d talk to the owner and get back to us. He never got back to us. This was very disappointing. Next time we’ll probably go to Lowe’s when we’re due for a dish washer and refrigerator.

I recently purchased an outdoor grill which I needed in a short time frame. I found the model I wanted on the Powerhouse website, and I was able to get all my questions easily answered by texting with Jeff at Powerhouse. Three days later my new grill arrived and the old was removed. It was as seamless and easy as any purchase I’ve ever made! Many thanks for the very efficient service.

Absolute joke of an organization. Promised delivery within a week for a high end product, sitting here a month later with nothing to show for it. Over promise and under deliver is clearly their motto.Buy from a more reputable organization that cares about customer service.I have a keen understanding of purchasing things, especially high end appliances.Call AJ Madison. I ordered a Subzero and it showed up 4 days later. Maybe you need to revamp your 44 year old processes.Cannot fix the fact that you did not open your mail for a check instead of taking a card for payment.

The people here are very helpful and quick to welcome you as soon as u walk in the door.. they have alot of different stuff here from regular cheap stuff to high end expensive. I bought 2 in wall ac units from them and they came in extremely quickly which was awesome considering it was like 900 degrees outside that week..

We went to Powerhouse because we were looking for a Traeger Timberline 850 and they were the closest people near us to carry it. The staff was super helpful and had many great stories and recipes to share. As soon as we stepped out our car all we could smell was the smoke from the smokers that they had going in front of their store. Love this place!

We have been shopping at Powerhouse for more than 30 years. The staff is knowledgeable. There is a large selection of appliances in different price ranges. I have often followed their recommendations and found that what they endorsed has been just what I wanted.

I am an internet shopper and do a lot of research on line before buying. Since I was planning to purchase a high quality brand for more money than I usually spend on appliances, I wanted to see it in person. The only chain store selling the brand advertised the appliance on their site but did not sell it on line. The site referred me to the store. When I went to the store, there were none in display. The salesman told me the whole display was removed. And the store would order it but it, would take 2 weeks. Feeling defeated, I searched private stores eho carry the brand and found Powerhouse, which was about 45 min away from where I live. I was quickly dismissed by a man behind the front desk who was clearly on a personal call, but fortunately was later greeted by a friendly and experienced salesman who took time to understand my needs and make sure the model I had in mind would suit me. He also showed me comparison models by other brands, which further convinced me my original choice was the right one. In this way, he made sure I wouldnt have second thoughts or regrets. They also order from a warehouse, but the appliance came in a couple days, not two weeks, like the chain store. There was a haul-away fee, and a separate installation price for an independent installer (who did a great job and agreed to install it on a Saturday). The price of the appliance was the same as the chain store, but the installation fee was much higher. In my case, it was for the best because the installation was a little tricky and needed someone with a lot of experience to get it just right. Im not sure that would have been possible with a different installer. While I was there I saw many other items they sell including a wide selection of premium bbqs and grills, and accessories. The choices here for appliances and specialty units are far beyond what the box stores offer, and the pricing was fair. If you live in the area, there are a few privately owned stored whose names you know, but take a ride up Rt. 7 and check our Powerhouse before you decide on your purchase.

This store is the best the traeger selection is out of this world the staff was super knowledgeable and all around just great people it was my first time going there And I arrived like ten minutes before closing they even stayed longer so I could shop around and talk traeger I really can’t wait to go back.....and get a timberline 😉

Outstanding customer service by professionals who stand by their recommendations. When there was a problem wiith installing my new downdraft to replace the one in the setup I had, Jeff had his talented installer remedy the situation by configuring an attachment to make it all work smoothly at no additional cost to me! This was all done in a timely manner, allowing me to pull off my Easter dinner without a hitch! My new GE cooktop and downdraft, as well as my new Wolf oven, were put to the test and work beautifully. Couldnt be happier!

Jeffrey was excellent to deal with and found exactly what I needed By phone. Your recommendation to use Chris bruzzi was not a good one. He was overpriced and Barely oversaw the job and was unfamiliar with the outdoor kitchen product I was using.

Happy with service and large purchase. We found a DCS Fisher & Paykell 48 wide luxury Range/Stove online from a competitor in Connecticut, Powerhouse matched the price, got the item, delivered it and even came back to verify it worked properly. This was a $9,000 purchase and I am glad I chose Powerhouse. I would choose them again.

Powerhouse appliance is the best. Ive bought many appliances here for more than 20 years and the service is top notch. If any of the manufactures have a default. Not being there faullt but only the manufacture. These guys stay ontop ASAP. Forget buying online.you dont save anything.
