Very helpful, great service and prices for replacing panes in our barn windows and doors as well as mirrors in our antique medicine cabinets. Not sure what the 1 star was about...anyone can be caught on a bad day. Totally shallow and self-entitled of the reviewer to complain. Maybe she/he should have been polite and said, you know what, I will call you back at a better time.

Very pleasant experience! Went in to ask for help with a small part that was missing from our existing sliding glass door (not purchased through action glass), and they provided me the piece at no cost. Friendly and helpful staff! Thank you

I used them for custom shower doors. Unbelievable price, quality, and the men were so kind and professional (Ryan owner). The bad review/one star is nothing like my own experience. I deal with all of the trades and for my own home I was sooo happy to use Action Glass. I do not work with them at all in a construction setting so this is not a kickback review. I would refer them to friends and family if ever the need arises. If you are on the fence, go with Action Glass! Im sooo glad I did.

Called for information and the guy in the phone was not personable at all! Did not provide suggestions or options. Did not seem like he wanted business! These small businesses think they can do and say whatever they want! Don’t be in business if you do not have customer service skills

I have used Action Glass for a few projects in the past and today we had 4 skylights replaced. They worked clean, and were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

I have always had excellent dealings with Action Glass, and I find that a reviewer leaving a 1 star rating without providing a written explanation of said rating to be disingenuous.
