Went into this fine establishment today. Went to get my emissions done, on my 2009 Mazda 6.Was there for around 3 to 4 mins and out.I would definitely go back.

I moved to New Milford just under 6 months ago, and Ive been in to J&J twice so far. The first time, they did a full synthetic oil change for what Im pretty sure is less than it would cost at any drive up place if you had their best coupon. Just went the second time and they changed my spark plugs for $81 less than Firestone had quoted, which is over 30% less, and they also changed my air filter, which was not included in the Firestone quote. Theyre right around the corner from me, too! Less than a 5 minute drive, and I could walk home if I really had to. It makes me really happy to have such a great resource so close by. Dont know why I would ever go anywhere else.

The new place is modern, clean and organized I did my emissions test there and took literally 5 minutes. I like it that you during warmer days you can seat outside and breath fresh air while they do the service on your car.

J&J is the source of our latest car, a Subaru Outback, and they have done a wonderful job of helping to keep it maintained. The have also helped with putting my second car back on the road when I thought it was a lost cause. They are a wonderful team of people.

Went simply for an emissions test. Even though there were several other cars ahead of me, and simultaneously, I was in and out very quickly. They have enough bays, equipment and mechanics to get the job done properly and quickly. Additionally, the folks at J&J are very friendly and courteous.

While an emissions testing site in a neighboring town told me Id have to wait maybe an hour for my test, J&J had my car in and out in 10 minutes (same with my husbands a few days later). The waiting area was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. I never wanted to go to the old location downtown because of the crowded parking lot but the new Lanesville setup is nice and spacious, easy in and out.

Just had my CT emissions test done. Walked in, handed over my keys and $20 at the counter, and was out of there in 10 minutes. I felt COVID safe as everyone, including customers, were following protocols. Easiest, most efficient emissions test ever. Thanks J and J!

Absolutely amazing service. Paul has earned my trust. I bought an 08 FJ Cruiser from them that had a couple of minor issues I wanted repaired under warranty and he and his team went beyond my expectations and repaired other parts that I was fully prepared to do myself. They didnt need to do all they did so it shows they care about customer retention and good word spreading. If I need any work done in the future Ill be going to them. Great job guys!

Paul is a nice guy. But nice guys finish last in this case! I went to him to switch my regular tires to snow tires. I was informed one of the tires was bad and he disposed of it. The whole thing cost me $65.! Half a mile out of the shop, my check tire pressure light came on. I took it back and was informed there was nothing wrong with my car. Half a mile out of the shop again, My check tire pressure AND check tire pressure monitoring system came on!! I am at a tire shop this morning and was asked where the bad tire is. I have free road hazard. So now I am buying a new tire. This whole experience cost me $275. My bad for going to JJ Auto in the first place!! Dont go there unless you want to have to get the work done correctly somewhere else!!!

They are honestly the best car business I have ever dealt with. Honest, hardworking, courteous people and are always doing what is best for you. Even as a new customer, they had an opportunity to NOT help me with a problem that I had with a vehicle I purchased from them (which in the first place, wasnt their fault, but was due to my negligence), and instead they COMPLETELY owned the issue that WASNT EVEN THEIRS and I came out not losing anything. I will come back here specifically to purchase used cars in the future, as well as any major service or work. I implore anyone else to do the same. They will never let you down.

I havent gotten any work done on my car there. They are the closest location to me which offers the CT emmsions test. I had a line of 2 people ahead of me and even with that I was out of there in about 20 minutes. Which is by far the fastest place I have ever gotten my emmsions done. The parking is a bit cramped. But the employees where very nice and the work was performed quickly.

I went for an emissions test and ended up having some other car trouble. The staff was so helpful and kind to me. Great place.

Very honest and trustworthy shop. Had my clutch go out back in Febuary and they quoted me the best price around. Came back yesterday to get my lower ball joints replaced and Paul switched out a bolt on my controll arm free of charge. I would never think twice about bringing my car back here despite it being 30 minutes away.

EMISSIONS test was quick and easy

Bought an older Subaru as is and had immediate problems with it. They towed it for free, fixed it for the cost of parts, and were all together very reasonable and responsive. They could have used the situation to their advantage, but treated me fairly. They have a good reputation and certainly lived up to the recommendations that prompted me to go there in the first place.

Got my exhaust fixed and an oil change everyone there was VERY professional, after they re-secured my exhaust they showed me the work that was done and also showed me another part that needs to be replaced with NO PRESSURE! I would highly reccomend this shop and will be returning for my part replacement & emissions test soon.

Owner is amazing, the mechanics here knows exactly what theyre doing, fast service too!! I have an appointment with them to get my audi a4 timing chain replaced and they are super reasonable with the pricing, told me everything will get done in 1 day. Do Not go to Bennett auto, the owner there only pretends to sound knowledgable and pretty much robs you. Getting a timing chain replaced dont cost $4k thats highway robbery and it dont take 5 to 6 days.

They checked my brakes for the source of the noise I was hearing. Told me it was just dust and didnt charge me.

Pail and his wife were great i bought a 2005 f150 lariat paul let my mechanic use his shop to inspect the vehicle there was no pressure to buy and were very pleasant to work with
