Amid this pandemic this stores professionalism shined. All businesses have simplified. Making choices easier and the shopping experience satisfying. I am going to look to this store for future purchases. Oh wait ! I did. I bought another mattress. And I asked for Richard who is a very knowledgeable salesman. Thank you Richard.

Over the weekend my sister and I bought mattresses with the help of Laurie. She was extremely helpful and patient with us and made our experience easy and affordable. I was in need of a mattress. I had a limited amount of money that I could spend. I went into Mattress Firm in New Milford, CT and their sales person Rich found me a very good mattress at a very affordable price. He actually saved me money. I completely recommend Rich and Mattress Firm of New Milford. He was extremely personable and professional and Mattress Firm had the right mattress at a better price than what I was expecting. 5 stars all the way. Thanks Rich.

Great in-store service, TERRIBLE deliveryLaurie was attentive and helpful in helping us find new mattress. Would definitely purchase through her again. However, the delivery service was down right terrible and the delivery men were rude, careless and disrespectful. The men involved should not be trusted with furniture that people spend their hard earned money for. The “Red Carpet delivery” is a false and unprofessional grotesque overstatement, and the main reason why I would be hesitant on recommending to friends and family. The in-store service deserves full stars because of Laurie, but once again the the delivery men ruined everything and the overall experience. A person should never feel disrespected in their own home, all while having their walls and furniture dinged up.

This location is great! Wide selection and most of all a very helpful team of staff... Rich helped me on several occasions and was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness, never once applying pressure but always ready to help and answer questions... I really appreciate how he helped my experience to be smooth and pleasant... Rich has made a customer out of me for sure, we will soon be back for our daughters mattress!!! Thanks again!!!

Richard was soo patient and took his time showing me all the beds he felt I would like. He was not in a rush- answered all my questions and was very focused on me as a customer! He was kind, patient and helpful! Made the experience a great one!!! Ask for him! He is awesome to work with!

I am not into being “sold” anything.. in general, salespeople turn me off… BUT the woman at the mattress store was polite bad helpful, and truly made buying a reasonably priced mattress perfect for our needs… I would have spent a ton of time window shopping had she not assisted.

Couldn’t tell you how the store is or how the employees are, we never got inside. Hours are posted as 10am-8pm, so we got there right at 10am. Not open. Called the store, got an answering machine. We went to do another errand and I kept calling to see if anyone was there yet. Nobody answered the phone until 10:45, when we were already home.This was the one chance that we had today to shop for a mattress. We now have to wait until next weekend... but we won’t be going to Mattress Firm in New Milford...

Laurie Slutzkin made buying a mattress so easy. My brother and I purchased a king sized Chatham & Wells mattress for his new home. The task looked huge when we walked into the enormous Mattress Firm store in New Milford. Laurie greeted us with a smile and explained the color code system. Yellow was firm and we started there. Honestly, the mattress was chosen and purchased in less than an hour with Laurie’s expert help. What she knows about her products is truly impressive. She wrote up the order, arranged delivery and pick up and hugged us good bye. Working with Laurie was like doing business with a friend we’d known for a very long time. I wanted to wait to give a review until I received the mattress. Steve was very helpful in assisting me find the right mattress, he carefully explained everything that would be charged to me, and what would happen should I return/exchange the mattress at a future date. The mattress came on time, exactly as expected, and was set up promptly. I didnt feel rushed or pressured in any way to go to a more expensive mattress or to spend money I didnt want to. So today I finally got tired of my old mattress. It felt like sleeping on plywood, so I came down here to check out some mattresses. I was promptly greeted by Steve. And after laying on about 6 different mattresses he helped me figure out what was best for me and what was most comfortable and within my budget. I ended up getting a California king mattress and i cant wait to get it delivered this coming weekend. Steve was very very knowledgeable about well everything and even tho there were three other customers in the store and he was doing his best to help us all i never felt ignored or neglected. I highly recommend coming to this mattress firm and asking for Steve, he was a great guy and a great and knowledgeable salesman.

Laurie Slutzkin was very helpful and did not pressure us to buy the two mattresses that we bought. The store was very clean.

Once Sleepys admitted that the first mattress we purchased had failed (an admission that was initially hard to obtain), they did the right thing and offered to replace the mattress. Thanks to Karen at the Consumer Relations department and Steve at the New Milford store, we got a new mattress at no additional cost (except for a new recycling fee of $9 recently introduced in certain states). We are happy with the new Serta mattress. It appears to be a better build than the previous one and hopefully will remain firm for a while. After a good nights sleep the neck and back pain is gone. Thanks Sleepys.

After staying at a hotel in Cape Cod coming home to our crumby mattress was depressing. We decided to stop into Mattress Firm and look around. After being quickly greeted by Alban we were shown to a few mattresses to get our feel for what type we would potentially want. We were given pillows based on how we slept. Within 15 minutes we had picked out our new mattress, pillows, and mattress pad! Alban was so knowledgeable and patient as we laid on about 10 different beds. I would recommend anyone to this store! If you need a new mattress, stop by and talk to Alban. You wont be disappointed !
