I have been to so many ShopRites throughout my life growing up. This one is hands down the nicest one of them all. Very clean, very well organized, and also has a nice selection of budget friendly food and more premium organic food. Very happy to have this ShopRite as my local grocery store.

Nice location and store layout, park in the back to avoid the overall tight parking layout. They don’t accept plastic recycling which is not good since they use plastic bags. It’s a 5 star store but they need to address their environmental awareness, so 3 stars for now.

Not much to be said for shoprites quality control at the packaging level.Two weeks in a row Im throwing Bowl & Basket Chicken in the garbage and ordering takeout.The person who put those Chicken beasts in the package for some unsuspecting customer to purchase should have a talking to.You never see this with Tyson or Perdue

Store is quite large. Love the selections. Unfortunately they dont have some products, hard to believe, huh. So we go to another store.

Newer location around this area,staff is very friendly and store always stock up on their products,prices are fair compared to other supermarkets,I love the bakery area which is plenty of what ever u looking for(Probably lack of more cupcakes variety)Clean restrooms,organized and neat aisles.

I think that this is the best ShopRite in the norther Bergen county area!! The store is huge! Lots of different selections and very clean. Check out is a breeze.

Beautiful store and such a huge selection! Only my second time there because I do not live in New Milford I usually use the Lodi store because its much closer! Anyway, Shelves were fully stocked which I am not used to! This is not a put down to my usual Shop Rite as I assume they have adequate staff here! Great job on/at this store!

Big store with a lot of selection. Great pricing the same as other Shoprites. Came here because the Englewood store its still closed due to flooding.

Its a newer store, so its nice and bright, very clean, wide aisles to walk down most importantly things that go together are together. The bakery has fresh products. The produce is crisp and at its peakness for sale. The butcher always has a good amount of different things to choose from. The deli had a very large menu of meats and cheeses to choose from. Their own in store salads are good. The different cheeses and guacamole and other varieties of that same nature a wonderful. The dairy Department has a nice selection of yogurts, creamers, hot dogs etc. available to buy. Frozen food is mapped out for the customers convenience. Good variety of items. Theres usually not long of a wait to check out. And the restrooms are clean. I enjoy shopping at shoprite of newmilford.

My favorite shop rite! Very good seafood and meat sections. Very clean and well stocked.

This SR has everything you could possibly need. What you cant find, you can ask for. Check out is easy. There are ample cashiers at most times as well as ample self check-out.

Love this Shoprite! They have a whole aisle dedicated to foods that are allergen free.

I love going to this shoprite when Im in the area, they have so many choices of sushi, fish and sandwich areas, and my kudos goes to Sinatra an absolute friendly and courteous young lady, so helpful and such a friendly smile, thank you for your outstanding service.

Can’t go wrong, really nice inside, prices are a little high in some categories but has a boujee feel so understandable

The floors are too hard. I wish they would lay down soft spineless liberals so we can feel like we are walking in clouds. Other than that, I love the place.

Love shoprite in Englewood and paramus but new Milford was horrible

Pretty stocked grocery and staff has always been helpful. This is one of those grocery stores with the produce in the middle and it somehow always makes my trip longer. :) The have great programs run by the nutritionist.

This is the new, larger ShopRite in Northern New Milford behind the High School.It has a more open feeling, is open until Midnight, and is well stocked with a very wide variety of groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, a big deli section, butcher, fresh seafood, and a sushi counter. There is an ATM inside and a new Wells Fargo bank next door

The place is nice and big and clean only problem I have is self check out machine it was very frustrating! It kept telling me theres something in the bag and I had to call the guy over over and over again to clear me so I can proceed and continue with the self-checkout

Ive been visiting this ShopRite for 40 years and this new layout (well, its a couple of years old now) is great! Roomy aisles, plenty of checkouts and the individual artisan counters are a welcome addition! The restrooms are in the corner by the deli instead of the center back like many other stores but aside from that its pretty intuitively laid out. Many of the staff have been there a while - everyone Ive run into is friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice new super ShopRite with lots of the selections. It has sushi, seafood stations, dry aged beef butcher shop, fresh bakery, deli, prepared foods and salads 🥗 Easy to park, highly recommended.

I love my store and all of the things that people say about it in the 1 star reviews had been fixed and it is unfair because what they should really do is go up to the managers at the counters and tell them what’s wrong like our design to the store isn’t changeable and we need to be allowed to do our jobs instead of getting horrible reviews. Please do us all a favor at shoprite make our family your family.

So much bigger with wider aisles and many more departments. Terrific!

Just went here to pick up a few things and my cashier on register one believe his name was Matt was very rude asked for my groceries to be bagged light and he put everything into two bags and I had to ask for it to be double bagged he gave attitude... was not happy with my experience at all

Easy to find the products you need. No too crow and everyone is organize during this pandemic using designated lines and following the rules of the store. Excellent!!

They are open when everybody else is closed due to the snow storm. I was able to survive!! Good quality of products and good customer service.

Im a fan of shoprites in general. Great prices community-based. This one is clean and well stocked staff seems nice.

New store. Good selection. Prices shot thru the roof. Produce is definitely hit or miss..either fresh or soggy no in between. Check out lines are the issue in this store. 1 or 2 cashiers and everyone else struggling at the self checkouts.

Everything you need! Parking is a bit problematic as this place is always hopping due to the selection and pricing!

No good very crowded people nasty not nice

This is such a wonderful store with tons of products & great hours, but I’m disgusted by the lack of pandemic precautions I’ve seen in this store. Employees stocking shelves with masks on their chins, just about everyone with their noses out. Yesterday I bumped into 4 different customers completely 100% maskless. These people should not be allowed to step foot in the store! You are endangering the lives of the community, ESPECIALLY your employees. During a time where we can barely get to even leave our houses, I’d like to at least be able to get my own groceries. This is absurd.

This is a nice, neat and organized shoprite. The workers are very nice and I always feel welcomed when I go food shopping.

Huge store with lots of stuff but checkout lines are very long. Ensure you bring a book or have headphones 🎧 to pass the time...It’s like watching paint 🎨 dry..Englewood SR is much better (Open 24/7 too) in my opinion. Great stock, same prices and rarely a line to check out.It’s all about the managers. New Milford SR is lacking skills at that position...Two thumbs down 👎🏻 👎🏻 overall..

I always go to this place, but the person in charge of the grill gazebos very agressive .i asked about it because i did not know much about it .they were in a different spot .he showed me the place saying with attitude how many u want, yes not ?,i do not understand why people like this work with customer service .very dissapointed managers must carefully choose people who deal people.

Excellent supermarket for many options and decent prices. The layout is clean and produce is always fresh. Theyre well staffed with helpful folks. The parking lot is huge so youll never have trouble finding parking.

Cant beat most prices unless youre buying in bulk.COVID Update:The staff is good about using masks and about reminding their personnel to keep the mask over mouth and nose.The isles are clearly one direction, but not all patrons pay attention.It would be nice if they would remind the patrons in person that the mask should cover their mouth and nose.

Love this grocery. Basically has everything you need. Has a great selection of sparkling water and of course the tres and quatro leche (spanish dairy aisle) is a must have.

First time at this location yesterday. Set up of store is different than my local store and was here to do an instacart. Anytime I would politely ask for a location for an item staff was rude and unwelcoming.

They were always my main place to do food shopping and now that they have been so great during the pandemic, they are the only! Clear signage for navigating, well-stocked shelves, fabulous employees - thank you!

This Shop Rite from Home trip was a terrible experience. Waited 45 minutes for our order and arrived during the reserved time slot. It is evident that morale is low, and management hasn’t figured out how to make this service work effectively. The door is not automatic, and the staff must navigate a twisty ramp with carts piled full of grocery totes. This management team needs to step up, increase staffing, and take better care of staff and customers.

Not fond of layout, and they dont carry a very big selection of common brands.

Given the rapid spread of covid 19 thru density, wearing scrubs into a grocery store is like saying come and get it! Go home, take em off, and put on clean clothes after showering. The rest of us shower, put on clean clothes and then go in. Scrubs are not for identity symbolism. Lots of us wear them. At work!

Disappointed. I ordered online. I forgot 2 items and was told noone is there and I cant add anything once my order is placed. I have been ordering from home from another location and there was never a problem. Im at home in quarantine. Now what? Not impressed.
