I have come here several times and everyone is helpful and friendly. The owner (or who I assume the owner is) is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Agway is my go too for all my chicken,duck and planting needs!!!

The employees are friendly, helpful and want to be there! They also treat the live chicks with respect and handle them gently. Coming from a family legacy of farming and animal husbandry, it is important to me to know how a company treats the animals in their care; even if the animal is to be used for eggs or consumption. Good marks from me toward Agriventures in New Milford, CT.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went in today to buy a few Boxwoods, and Larissa (I think that is her name) was absolutely phenomenal! So helpful, nice and informative. She helped load up the box woods for me and some great tips. She is truly amazing, as is everyone there… will be back!!

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent, excellent service. Im doing a lot of installs for my business and Brian, if he didnt move heaven, did move a lot of earth to get me my deliveries (of mulch) in time for me to complete the work before my clients returned. This makes clients happy, and me happy, and helps my business grow. There are many others but in addition to Brian, I think Taylor in-store and Brendan out delivering are a trifecta of awesomeness and deserve a special shout-out. The out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem solving and willingness to go that extra mile are why I return here again and again. Update Sept 2021 - Manager Troy was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving a few small but complex issues and I appreciated his taking the time in looking into things. Keep up the great work!

I just love the River Rd Agway! The staff are so great. Plus its the best garden center for plants. The staff cares!.Plus it always has the essentials of what I need for my Mare. Thanks you guys!

We make special trips to the Agway because they carry Stella & Chewy frozen, raw food.

Soso. I bought a 50lb bag of Chicken Lay Crumble, alot of it is powder. Not good, my chickens dont like it. Dont know if its been stored along time or just poor quality feed.

Just ok, kind of expensive.

This is a great store. Their prices are very fair. The selection is also great. They have everything you need for your garden, lawn, pet, and other household needs. They fill propane tanks if you need that as well. Frequently they run sales on many items that you might need. Especially in the summer time. The employees are very helpful and will always lend a hand to load your car or answer a question.

Needed pool chemicals and was very pleased with the results and service provided by Agway in Newmilford/Christiana!

As a flat bed truck driver this place is small but no problem. You get nose in nose out.Staff friendly.Sleep in between baseball field and river.Opens at 8am

Agway is my second home practically LOL they have the variety of wildlife and pet food that I use plus they have everything I need for my home and garden and the staff is quite knowledgeable especially Troy. They are all extremely helpful and friendly it is always a pleasant experience. They also have outdoor clothing for the season such as rubber boots for the spring time, heavy Carhartt jackets for winter time etc.

A great store with very knowledgeable staff that know there products well. But more importantly the store owners are 2 of the best people in this world. They will go out of there way to help you out any way they can. For that I would like to say thank you Brian you are a lifesaver!

From the fun signs that entice to come in to the expert advice and great prices, it is close by and a quick stop for garden and farm supplies. Everyone is always helpful.

Switched back to Agway after using TSC to buy our feed, better prices and awesome employees.

Doesnt have a large overall inventory, but the things it does have are higher quality than the bigger box stores. Nice selection of bird food/feeders.

Great products and all the knowledgeable staff are very helpful. The only reason I take away one star, the rude teenage cashiers. Every single time I go, they forget to ring things up, they dont even say hi half the time, on the phone for most of the time including during transactions. Ive heard them on the phone with other customers and they are not too helpful there either. If something rings up incorrectly, or was mismarked, instead of apologizing and check the price, they just say nope, thats the price they ring up at. (Not that I need the price dropped, I could be wrong. But Id at least like to not be treated like Im stupid by a kid).I understand that theyre teenagers and its just a part time job for them, but everything else about this staff and store is wonderful. They should really be a lot nicer and friendlier to customers as it is the last interaction leaving the store. No matter how nice everyone else is, you leave with a sour taste because of the awkward and rude teen girls running the register.

Bought the special, 10 bags top soil for only $15. Awesome. They helped load it in my car even.

As usual, the service here is friendly and professional and they always have what I need in stock, from seasonal flowers and plants to a variety of pet foods and outdoor accessories. I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here

Good selection, good prices, and the two employees I dealt with were very nice and knowledgeable. I just went for the first time yesterday, and Ill definitely be back soon.
