This location is clean and safe with great management and staff. I’ve had multiple units here for 6 years through three managers, and each of them have always been helpful and courteous. Danny, the new manager has picked up right where the previous manager left off!I have other storage options closer to home but continue to travel to this location because of the friendly service. Extra Space corporate should take note of what makes customers stay and continue to do business here... it’s not the rates, it’s the staff!

I spoke with Danny, I believe he was the store manager. He offered a lot of great insight about pricing and sizes of the storage units. Such a great help at finding me a storage unit that was right for me. I loved my experience and will be recommending ExtraSpace Storage to everyone I know.

I had a 10’ x 10’ foot locker here for 3 years. It worked well for me until the virus appeared. On many interactions with the Storage facility’s 2 employees, I found them helpful and informative. They were always available with clear instructions. A bonus was free candy from a dish on the desk. Overall, this was a well run, professional organization. The only criticism is the sudden annual or semi-annual price increase. What begin as $106 per month, ended, three years later, at $161 per month with a promised price increase to $200. That’s a 100% increase in three years. In Vermont, I have another locker where I have paid $70 per month for a 10’ x 15’ since 2013 with no price increase. Moreover, if you pay 6 months in advance, one month is free. Paying $700 a year for a 50% larger locker is much better than paying $2400 a year for a smaller locker had I stayed there. Why not draw out the increases or reward longer term customers?

This facility is so clean and the associates are so welcoming and helpful. Danny was knowledgeable but was not pushy and helped find the right storage solution for our needs!

I needed a storage unit PRONTO and only needed it for one month. I knew that many places offered the first month free of charge, but didnt think that would be the case if I only needed one month...Mark hooked me up with a huge unit and I was only charged $35 for odd fees and insurance. The whole experience was smooth and pain free. Thanks! I would highly recommend!

Just moved to ct from Michigan, they had a few open units that I was able to look at before purchasing the unit. I moved my things in on the spot with ease. Well kept, unit is clean and ideal for storing furniture and other apartment amenities. I got a great deal, and was able to get a discount from getting someone else to book a space as well in th3 complex. Great camera systems, locked gate, and other nice securities to keep your things safe.
